House holiday rentals in Old Town, Albuquerque

We had a fantastic mini-vacation at Vincent’s place. We stayed for four nights, and chose this location for quick availability, acceptance of pets, and heated pool and hot tub. The place was spotless, it smelled amazingly clean when we first walked in. The beds were cozy, kitchen was beautiful. The heated pool was an absolute blast, and perfectly heated so that it didn’t feel too warm or too cold with the changing weather. On one of the mornings there were a lot of bugs in the pool and when we couldn’t find a skimmer, Vincent kindly brought us one and ensured the pool cleaners came out too. Props to the pool cleaners as they were quick and thorough! We felt safe and cared for the entire duration of our stay and would certainly stay again.

Fadi’s home was absolutely perfect for our family in town for a relative’s graduation. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was KEY, fun for everyone! We loved the natural light entering the home through all of the skylights. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and basics for cooking along with great appliances. Highly recommend Fadi’s home situated in a safe, beautiful neighborhood!

Hacienda Bella was a beautiful home with the New Mexican style we were seeking. We loved the panoramic views of Albuquerque, stunning sunsets and speedy roadrunners that came right up to the deck to say hello :) it was great being so close to many trailheads and nature. There was a grocery store conveniently located a 5 min drive away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals in the home. The kitchen is upstairs with a grill right outside the screen doors. The loft bed inside one of the bedrooms was comfortable for one small adult, but might be challenging for two adults and was not the easiest to go up and down the ladder (especially at night). There was a lot of space for our large group of 9 people to relax independently and together. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the pool felt more like a hot tub, but Emily and James were responsive in helping us. Overall, it was a very special place to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends!

If you have to stay in Albuquerque, this place is good: gated drive, shady parking spot. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Lots of space for my family of four. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, nice amenities there. We booked late notice because we were uncomfortable with the neighborhood of our original booking for ABQ and this one was a big step up in terms of location, but it seems hard to find a really nice neighborhood in ABQ. Marcel was super responsive to questions and made sure the home was available right away since we were past normal check-in time. I appreciated that. I don't think we'd stay in ABQ again, but we had a good time at this home and enjoyed swimming. I would recommend for the backyard alone. The only suggestion for improvement would be that it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom. I still slept ok, though. If I did come back to this city, I'd probably book it again.

This was a lovely house with an amazing view! We spent most of our time on the deck just enjoying the outdoor space. The house was very comfortable and my niece’s loved the game room! The only weird thing was that in order to leave the property, you needed to drive out- or at least that’s the only way I found to leave. I tried to go for a run and couldn’t get out of the gate, so I had to drive out the gate and then park and go for a run. I’m sure there’s an easier way :) overall, we loved this house and everything it offered.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Albuquerque. Christie and her husband Ron were exceptional hosts—welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Christie took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. She also went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the area, which we really appreciated. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Albuquerque—you won’t be disappointed!

Casa El Tigré was the BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in, hands down. It was pristinely clean, unbelievably well-appointed (anything you could think of needing was there), and perfectly located near Old Town and Sawmill. What really stood out to me was that Armain's place felt like an "old school" Airbnb - a cozy home where people actually live, rather than a sterile, IKEA-fied rental property. THIS is what I'm looking for when I choose Airbnb! We stayed for six days and used Casa El Tigré as a home base during our wedding week (got married at Explora across the street). The interior is SO adorable and photographed well. The shared backyard is also super cute and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was awesome. All-around a top-notch stay.

Convenient location, lots of sleepi g optons. Stocked with coffee, granola bars. Giftcard was so nice. Really fun to look at the guestbopk as well

Loved our stay here! Spacious house with no clutter. Loved the open kitchen and living room. The designated office space and workout room were great bonuses. Place had more than everything we needed for our month long stay. Easy walk to park, sawmill market, museums, and old town. Host was extremely responsive and kind. Would highly recommend for a long term stay!

Classic little adobe and we felt right at home immediately. Spare decorations and mid-century modern furniture were perfectly suited for the character of the house. Located right in Old Town and walking distance to many attractions, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. Also right around the corner from a good grocery store as we chose to eat out for lunch, but eat in for dinners and breakfast. Love this place and hope to return to ABQ!

Peter’s place was great and looked like the pictures. Minor issues, mostly on my end but Peter was very quick to respond with answers to any of my questions. I would stay at this location again. If you’re looking for something close to downtown ABQ, this is perfect!!

Charles’ place was great. My sister and I stayed for a week and felt very at home. There was construction going on during our stay but the inconvenience was minimal. The area is very peaceful and walkable. I would definitely stay there again!

The place was very clean and comfy. I felt very comfortable staying in the neighborhood and felt the home had enough privacy as well. Instructions were very clear and precise and made check-in fast and easy. Great suggestions for stuff nearby as well.

The place was great, the pictures posted do not do it justice. It really was a good match for our baseball tourney. We were able to cook and relax every day. Fully equipped for all our needs. When we return we will look for this place again!

Loved my stay here. It is so peaceful and private. It’s a perfect place to come back to and relax if you’re having a long day! Very clean and thoughtfully considered amenities. It’s also easy to get anywhere from here as most drives are 15 minutes and less to attractions. Would come back!

Britni was super flexible about check-in and check-out and was extremely responsive through the booking process and beyond. This was a perfect spot for a stay in Old Town. Highly recommend!!!

Townhouse was clean and well supplied. A couple of outdoor areas and living areas - plenty of space for all.

Despite some concerns about the home, we were able to use the house for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a good time in the house. Our cars were never bothered and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was described perfectly. It was very private and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! And Missy was great! Communication was quick and effective. Highly recommend!

Place was comfy , roomy and comfortable. TVs in every room which was great because we had our 3 girls with us. The place had private gated parking which I liked.

This place is beautiful. It is a great location in old town with amazing New Mexican architecture. The house is beautifully decorated and was very peaceful. We enjoyed all of the little touches and amenities.
