The setting is wild and rustic the interior is spacious, open, clean and modern. Katherine is friendly, understanding, and responsive. A bit of a drive for us to Burney Falls and Lassen but close to family in Shingletown. A unique property and place.

The house was very clean and well stocked and had nice decor to make it feel homey. Candace was amazing at answering any questions we had and check in was very simple. There was some road noise but you couldn't hear any of it from inside and the views from the windows were very peaceful. We'd be happy to stay here again if we need a place to stay in the area!

What an amazing little cabin! Super cute and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could want. Easy to use air conditioner in the living room and bedroom that kept the place nuce and cool. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very flexible. Could not have had a better stay. If we ever return to Susanville, will absolutely be looking for them again. Thank you so much!!

The location was perfect for the various activities I had planned which included Lassen Volcanic NP, Burney Falls, McCloud Falls, sundial bridge, Shasta lake and Shasta caverns. Host was proactive and provided clear directions and expectations regarding remote location and grocery availability. With said information my partner and I prepared meal items to avoid traveling for food and instead cooked simple meals at the Airbnb. The areas was clean and overall it served us well.
