The place is very clean. Off street parking is a plus for us and the host was very nice. It's a safe location in Montreal by far. We would consider to stay at this place again when we going to Montreal in the future

Awesome, quiet, and tidy. He is very welcoming to relax and good place to go skiing, Close to Montreal but in traffic jams.

Jason was very responsive to all of my questions. 10 minutes into Old Montreal with car. When we realized the toaster didn't work, Jason had one over to the house by the time we got back from touring downtown. Great host to work with!!! Highly recommend this place!!!

Our stay in this nice apartment went perfectly well. Our host made herself available when we needed her and is very accommodating. The accommodation met our wishes in every respect, both in terms of equipment and cleanliness. It was also well decorated. Thanks again for this nice place to stay to visit Montreal peacefully. Indeed, the nearby subway is a real plus.

Everything was just how Nabil described it. Super cozy Apartment which has a Parking Space which was great for us. Also loved that it has washing machine and dryer!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny and Steeve’s home. The architecture, design, and decor all work together so well, and it was especially awesome for some family members that knew of this location as a former dépanneur. The transformation is truly incredible. The comfort of the home is also equally matched with its central location in a neighborhood that has many options. We enjoyed the Mollo bakery down the block, Jamaican food from Boom J’s, steamies and house-made spruce beer at Paul Patates, and pizza from Welldun Pizza in Verdun. An added bonus was the nearby depanneur carrying banana popsicles, which we don’t get out West. Whether we were going downtown, over to LaSalle, or even across to Brossard, the location was very convenient. And to top it off, the patio furniture in the garden gave yet another wonderfully relaxing oasis. It didn’t even seem like we were in the city. Thanks again for letting us share your terrific home!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

Pierre-Michel has a lovely home. It was just what we needed for our family stay. Close enough to visit Montréal and then come relax outside of the city. The pool was a delight.

Very quiet and comfortable stay at Andy's. We stayed for multiple days and really enjoyed it. There is security in the building which made us feel very safe. I will def stay there again when I'm back.

The apartment was immaculate, check in and out was easy, and Vanessa was very communicative and flexible. The location was absolutely perfect - very walkable and close to tons of great food and activities.

The place was very clean, fully functional, and in a great location with easy access to downtown. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The host responded quickly to all my messages and was very responsible. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Montreal.

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's place. The apartment was clean and as we expected from the pictures. The neighbourhood is brilliant. There are a lot of great restaurants, cute shops and parks.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We really appreciated being able to drop off our luggage several hours before our check-in. The condo was as described, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a superb shower with multiple shower heads. A larger grocers store Provigo is a few minutes walk from the place. There is currently construction on the street right in front of the condo, so the street is blocked off (no traffic) and there is quite a bit of construction noise during the day. Since we were gone most of the day, it was not a problem for us. I would definitely come back in the future.

Over the past 11+ years I've stayed at dozens upon dozens of AirBnbs. This ranks in the upper tier of all my visits. Their communication was great and the unit was very nice. Perfect for our bachelor party weekend. The one thing that was a surprise for us (and maybe I missed it) is that the unit we rented, 503, is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. That wasn't made clear and thankfully for us wasn't an issue; but if someone in your party has mobility issues, I can't recommend this unit (or most of the places in the neighborhood from what I could tell walking around). The neighborhood is great with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Our weekend coincided with beautiful weather so we spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace and it was walking distance to most of the places we went. If not, it was only a short $10-$15 Uber XL ride away (so probably cheaper if you're not in a big group). Finally, check-out was probably the easiest and least laborious I've ever had!

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Easy checkin and out. Lots of free underground parking and free L2 EV charging was a fantastic bonus Easy access to two Metro Lines and an easy walk to Old Montreal, the waterfront and a number of other attractions. Fantastic host. Rapid response and proactive with respect to ensuring our stay was problem free. GREAT!

My stay at the apartment was completely hassle-free. Everything was spotless and the open-plan kitchen and living area felt wonderfully spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location, right next to the Quartier Latin with countless restaurants nearby, couldn’t have been more convenient. The included parking space and the terrace were great bonuses. For the quality offered at this price point, the apartment is an outstanding choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

We just spent four lovely days in Jason and Eric's condo. The process was flawless. Great communication from beginning to end. They provided an informative book that explained everything about the condo and the neighborhood. We walked seven to eight miles a day in most of the central Montreal neighborhoods. The Plateau was the perfect neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all along the Avenue Mont Royal a walking street. The condo is directly across from La Fontaine Park.The park has every conceivable out door activity available - soccer, baseball, children's playgrounds, a lake and great people watching. The condo itself was very comfortable for four of us. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is actually two flats creatively joined together. It was more than we needed. It would easily work for a larger group. Montreal is a gem............and this is a great place to stay while exporing.
