Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We had a great stay at the apartment in Olbia as a family of four. The place was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The modern, high-quality and at the same time simple furnishings create a pleasant atmosphere. There was everything you need for a relaxing stay: fresh linens, a complete towel set, soaps in different designs and an espresso machine that I was particularly pleased about. The terrace is a real highlight – sun-drenched in the morning, perfect for an outdoor breakfast. The location is ideal: in a few minutes you can walk to the old town with numerous restaurants and cafes – you don't need a car here. For more comfort, we recommend booking the underground parking as the roads in the area are often busy. Marco was always friendly, available and helpful. The checkout was straightforward. Definitely recommend!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Great location with the sea just the other side of the road, and less than 10 minutes’ walk into the centre. The space was well equipped, compact and spotlessly clean, with a little patio for breakfast. Stunning islands with beautiful secluded beaches to be found. Thank you!!

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Had a great stay at Casa Anna! We had everything we needed for our stay and Anna and Alessandro were very communicative and made sure we were doing well. They supplied a lot of towels, gave some complimentary water and had good kitchen necessities.

Thanks to the good description, even with videos, we found the apartment right away. She made it possible for us to get into the apartment earlier, as our flight is loaded very early. That was very kind. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was clean and the pool was too. There was a capsule machine for coffee and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Everything worked and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There is a safe, which I thought was great. There is a balcony for sitting outside and one for hanging laundry. This is very convenient. We were very pleased. There is only one thing to complain about. There were no tabs for the dishwasher and spices were only a little salt and pepper. If we had known, we would have brought something from home. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We loved our stay, beautiful beaches, perfect house. We will be back
