A miniature one-bedroom entire apartment, conveniently located - close to the airport, shops and downtown. I do my best to make you comfortable: I keep it clean, keep things tidy, and try to create a cozy atmosphere. The house is old, but there is a yard and space for parking. Unfortunately, I can't influence some things, but a clean, neat and comfortable space awaits you inside. Many guests give 5 stars for comfort and cleanliness, and I am always happy to make your stay enjoyable!

This apartment is a GEM. The courtyard, the entrance, the staircase are all from another era. You cross the door and you walk into a wonderful renovation. It's sutil, elegant, discreet. A tasteful haven in a soothing palette. We liked the apartment so much it was sad to leave! Congratulations Irina, you did a beautiful job. And thank you for being so responsive and friendly. we really enjoyed staying at Martins' place. well stocked, beautifuly furnished, spacious apartment. we loved the deck and Nespresso machine was a nice touch. great communication and flexible check in and out, that we really appreciated. there were 3 of us and that was perfect, two extra beds are not private and maybe works for kids/teenagers. location is perfect! right next to art nouveau neighborhood and a short walk to the old town. plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I would definitely recommend Martins' place.
