Lovely cosy cabin in peaceful surroundings. We felt right at home and really enjoyed beautiful Vesterålen. Location was great with many beautiful beaches and hikes around the corner. Good location near the Joker (for groceries) as well. Everything was described and the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Big thank you to the host for providing everything we needed!

Nous sommes resté 3 nuits et tout s'est très bien passé. Ola a été très pro actif et il nous a laissé de nombreuses informations utiles dans un livre d'arrivé. On recommande vivement !

Nice accommodation with everything you need. We were here for a month and everything was fine. The accommodation was clean, the location is very quiet. Internet worked without a problem (I worked remote, online meetings was no problem). There are several shops and a gas station nearby. There is beautiful nature in the area. Host (Kai) was friendly and quickly responded to my questions.

very nice, clean accomodation with plenty of place. We stayed for 4 nights and made trips to lofoten and andenes, both around 2 hour drive. Also in short distance of sortland. can highly recommend the accomodation.

To stay at Håvard's place is a treat. You will live in an authentic farm house where every little corner has been set up to store things. This has been by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Strongly recommended.

Yngve sitt hus er helt fantastisk. Lekkert møblert og svært rent. Yngve svarte på henvendelser med en gang. Stedet er et godt utgangspunkt for turer til Stø, Nyksund og fjellene rundt. Kommer gjerne tilbake hvis jeg er på de trakter igjen

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. De hut had alles wat we nodig hadden en het uitzicht was prachtig. Prettig contact met Steffen — hij reageerde snel en vriendelijk. Zelfs onze hond voelde zich meteen thuis. We komen zeker een keer terug!

Utrolig fint og stort hus i vakre omgivelser! Vibeke var veldig høflig og svarte raskt! Vi er superfornøyd!

Dank der präzisen Beschreibung war die Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten waren bereits bezogen, was uns sehr gut gefiel und auch der süße Willkommensgruß. Im Bereich der Spüle wäre etwas mehr Licht hilfreich. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Frode’s und Anne’s Ferienhaus.

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Gulith. l'appartement est très agréable avec une terrasse qui a une vue magnifique. le frère de Gulith, Arthur, nous a donné plein de renseignements et était très sympathique. nous avons pu randonner et faire du bateau. le restaurant à côté est très bon. je recommande chaleureusement

Stayed for 6 weeks for a workation! Loved the cozy house and there is so much to do and see in the surroundings. Great place to explore Vesteralen and Lofoten. Communication with Sigrun was great and she always gave us some nice tips! Would gladly come again ☺️

Dieses schön gelegene Haus gefiel mir sehr gut. Bezaubernd eingerichtet und das absolute Highlight waren die Elche aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster. Ferner ist die Terrasse ebenfalls sehr gemütlich.

Jarle and Kirsten have been wonderful hosts, Sharing their private Holiday Home. It s located ca 20 min outside of Sortland with significant distance to the next Hut, ensuring maximal quietness&privacy, in Summer a Lake ia Close by. We found all we could possibly need in the hut. Watching the Northern lights from the Whirlpool (little extra) was a dream. We were feeding the wild birds and sad to leave such a nice place. Internet is quick and reliable. Communication with the hosts was super friendly and quick. Thumbs Up - clear recommendation if you search for a place to recharge your batteries.

Tore and Francine were amazing hosts! Tore speaks 6 languages so even my daughter the only speaks French could understand what was said. The surroundings are just completely incredible! Soo beautiful! The cabin we rented was very tiny for sure but it was the perfect size for a father and his daughter. My daughter wanted to stay longer. She liked it that much! So did I! Hopefully one day we'll get the chance to go back there!
