The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of town. The connections are excellent. Bus stop 20 meters away in both directions towards San Sebastián and Irun. “Topo” line (similar to the metro) 100 meters away, towards San Sebastián and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any rail connection. Errenteria is a town with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We don't have a beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km for 20 minutes and that's it.

Michelle, has the gift of hospitality and a caring person. She came to our rescue, when we were stranded at the bus-stop due to two wheels coming off our suitcase. She took us to Spain to purchase new suitcases, advising us on the best ones. We were extremely greatful to her for everything she helped us with.

from the initial booking months ahead of time through the moment we checked out, Jon was very responsive and respectful in communications. Jon even offered to pick up extra water for us to have upon arrival, which was very refreshing after traveling; and, took the time to look for a specific adapter that we forgot to bring. the apartment was exactly as described in the listing, and it was a cozy & comfortable stay for our first time in San Sebastian. the only not ideal bits were lack of hot water in the shower on one night (this seemed like a one-off situation as it was not the case the other nights!) and it was quite warm inside the unit (unusual for this time of year). overall, we had a lovely stay at Jon & Manex's place and would recommend!
