House holiday rentals in Oia

What a find - the property was lovely, from the minute we walked in to the moment we left. The view of the ocean was fabulous, the villa was spotless and perfect for our needs. The pool is perfect to dip into to cool down on sunny days and the patio just serene to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beatrice gave us great recommendations - and everywhere we went everyone was friendly and the welcome was warm. Beatrice herself was the perfect host - she was communicative and very helpful, throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - we had a fantastic time here 😊

The space is amazing and great for the cost. The host is super responsive and always gave great recommendations for all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend :)

We chose Nikos’s fabulous apartment , as it was in Pyrgos a authentic Greek village only twenty minutes from Fira . It was the best possible choice , beautiful views , we got a stellar sunsets and the nearby restaurants were superb. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable beds and pool was a lovely touch too, on a warm day. The wine from Nikos’s grandpa was delicious. All great standouts ,the biggest takeaway is the passion Nikos has for home ,family and culture . A excellent host who wants his guests to appreciate all the wonderful things Santorini has to offer. We loved our time in Pyrgos and more than highly recommend this apartment , it’s great value and absolutely brilliant ! Thanks Nikos we wish you well in all your future endeavours.

Elena was fantastic, she really made the place feel like home. Elena provided us with fantastic responsive service and the place was amazing in a great location.

Very smooth check-in and friendly communication. We found the location perfect because it was very calm and not as crowded as the other parts of the island. The kitchen is great for cooking but unfortunately, there were no basics like oil, salt and pepper. Also the fridge was constantly running which was a little annoying at night when we tried to sleep. All in all, we really liked staying here.

You have to stay at Stamatis’ apartment! Perfect location 5 minutes from the Main Street, tons of space, patio, comfortable beds, good a/c. Stamatis is the most wonderful Airbnb host. He fully stocked the kitchen with breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. Decor was so cute - loved all the books and feeling like we were locals in Fira. He had amazing recommendations for local activities and restaurants, organized a boat tour for us and invited us to visit one of his family’s art galleries, which is stunning. He met us at the bus stop and picked up our bags until the apartment was ready. He even offered to drive us to the airport at 4am (we didn’t take him up on it)! Parking available on the street or in a lot a few minutes walk away. No view of the caldera at sunset or a pool, but Stamatis organized use of a pool at his friend’s hotel one night, which was amazing. There are steps up to the apt and it is an uphill walk to town, fyi. 100% recommend!

Appartement de charme, calme, décoré avec goût. Chambre spacieuse avec lit xxl Petite terrasse néanmoins agréable avec vue mer au loin et petit jacuzzi très sympa également ! Hôte très réactive, d’une grande gentillesse. Très proche de Fira (10/15 min à pied), ou quelques minutes avec le buggy que nous avions loué (stationnement gratuit facile à Fira à cette période)

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la villa Perla. L’accueil et les services proposés par Irène sont au top ! Arrivée flexible, appartement moderne et bien équipé, emplacement au calme à 5min à pied de la plage et des restaurants, supérette à proximité, ménage fait durant le séjour, une surprise culinaire préparée par la maman d’Irène nous attendait dans le frigo… bref tout était parfait !! Le jacuzzi est ultra agréable après une journée de visites et nous avons eu la compagnie de chats du voisinage sur la terrasse pour le plus grand bonheur de notre fille. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter!!

It’s a wonderful property. Really enjoyed our stay at the property with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was ideal place for my family. Emmanouil was a great host. Took care of our checking himself and was helpful in giving us tips to several nice restaurants in the town

Nous avons été ravis de l'accueil de Khostas, et de sa bienveillance. Il a fait l'effort de nous accueillir en Français et a su très bien nous conseiller lors de notre séjour. La location est impeccable et très bien équipé.

Eravamo cinque amiche e devo dire che l'alloggio è stato una soluzione ideale per goderci la vacanza al meglio. La casa è molto grande e ben arredata, la cucina è ben attrezzata e i bagni sono molto comodi. La terrazza con vista mare è un grande valore aggiunto. La struttura si trova in un'ottima posizione a Kamari, a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e da tutti i servizi che chiunque possa desiderare. Ci sono anche molti parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Betty è inoltre molto carina e disponibile e con lei ad accogliervi trovere Max, un piccolo cane adorabile! Sicuramente da consigliare anche come comodo punto di partenza per esplorare tutta l'isola.

This place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, super cozy, peaceful — and all at a great price. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, you instantly feel at home. Just a few steps away, there’s a fantastic restaurant where they serve mouthwatering food, amazing coffee, and a great selection of drinks. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how well-equipped the place was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and roomy place to stay with friends!

Super séjour en partie grâce au logement. Comme sur les photos, confortable, très pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour ce sentir comme à la maison (serviette changer tout les 2 jours, ustensiles de cuisine....), bien placé dans un endroit calme loin de la foule et une belle vue. Un peut de vis a vis mais pas génant. je recommande à 100%

Amazing base for exploring Fira. The place was spacious and private, the pool was great for a relaxing day on Santorini. Fira was within walking distance with groceries within easy reach inc a McDonalds. The host was very responsive and proactive in communications and kindly arranged for a private transfer from the airport and was waiting at the accommodation for us when we arrived. Highly recommended if you wish to stay in Fira.

The accommodation was perfect and located in the best possible spot – right in the heart of the city, yet wonderfully quiet. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was excellent, and we were truly impressed by their kindness and hospitality. We highly recommend this place and are very grateful for a wonderful stay! See you again!

Koronios’s place was great. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Koronios was a great host, accommodating our every need. He was extremely helpful, coming to pick us up when the Uber driver dropped us off with our luggage, at the wrong place. We would highly recommend. Thank you!

Where to start… location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the front of fira with all the restaurants and viewpoints. The property was amazing and big with great views of the sea and islands in the distance. We were met on arrival and had a tour of the property even though we only arrived late. We had a little surprise waiting for us in the fridge which was nice to see. Vasilis was on hand all the time in case we needed him which was appreciated. Thank you for a great stay, truly a holiday to remember!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, peaceful and beautifully located if you prefer things a bit more local than touristy.
