Holiday rentals with beach access in Oia

We loved this Airbnb! The location was amazing and so close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars around. We never felt unsafe when walking around the area at night either. Would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein perfekter Urlaub! Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Familie ist unbeschreiblich - Wir werden wieder kommen! 😇 Es ist eine wahre Perle auf Santorini. Auch das Frühstück war super lecker & die Aussicht auf den Strand atemberaubend. Auf all unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen & unser Gastgeber hatte sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Der kleine Laden nebenher, der ebenfalls von der Familie geführt wird, hat alles was man braucht. Besser geht es nicht ☀️🇬🇷☺️

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

Airbnb très sympa, propre, fonctionnel, avec une décoration soignée. Le jacuzzi offre une très belle vue, et la petite terrasse est parfaite pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au lever du soleil. Petit conseil : prévoyez une voiture, car l’accès n’est pas pratique. La route est impraticable à pied et il n’y a aucun transport en commun. Alexandros sera aux petits soins pour vous, n’hésitez pas à le contacter si vous avez la moindre question.

The location of the place is fantastic. Easy check-in, very helpful and responsive host and amazing views. I recommend the place!

Great apartment for a few nights - super close to Kamari beach and the main street. Getting to Fira by public bus was very easy and cheap! The apartment is very quiet, with spacious bedrooms. It is above a store that sells everything from beach toys to bread which was really handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Soggiorno fantastico! Abbiamo apprezzato molto Yorgos: si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile, non invadente. L'appartamento è confortevole e viene pulito in maniera impeccabile! E' situato in una zona tranquilla di Perissa, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 3 minuti da un supermercato e da un fornetto aperto 24h, dove ogni mattina abbiamo comprato cappuccino e brioches appena sfornate (enormi!) da portare a casa per fare colazione sull'adorabile terrazzino. Esperienza consigliata!

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place in Akrotiri. Kely was very responsive and helpful for anything we needed and she provided a great selection of food for morning meals and beach towels that we really appreciated. The area was quite busy during the day but quiet at night and it had many restaurants and beaches close by. We particularly appreciated that Fira and Oia were close enough to get to quickly by car but far enough away not to be effected by their busy traffic. We definitely recommend this place to stay if you want a good base for island exploring.

Dragon Group took great care of us and shared a beautiful villa with us for the duration of our stay on Santorini. This location is away from the touristy areas, but an easy walk to the marina and the black sand beach. Understanding that it is more removed, the refrigerator was stocked with milk, juice, yogurt, meat, cheeses, water, wine, and beer when we arrived, plus cereal, break, coffees, teas, etc. The villa was spacious and the patio was expansive!! We loved the soak tub (with our only complaint being that the jets didn't stay on very long, so we had to keep pressing the button). Transport was arranged for us whenever we wanted and many recommendations (with discounts or perks) for restaurants and outings. They were extremely flexible when we requested an extra 1/2 hour both when checking in and checking, then when our plans changed and we needed a driver earlier. Even long after-hours requests were responded to promptly. I definitely recommend!!!

La location est très bien située , très centrale et qui permet de se déplacer dans toute l’île sans trop faire de km. Elle est à l’écart des endroits touristiques et au calme . Mais la ville fira est à 5 minutes en voiture. La mer est à 10 minutes à pied . l’intérieur est moderne et propre composé d’une grande salle de vie et d’une chambre où la literie est très confortable. La salle de bain est pratique avec sa grande douche . La cuisine est spacieuse par contre il n’y a pas bcp de vaisselle pour faire à manger ( juste une petite poêle et une grande casserole ) ça mériterait un peu plus pour faire la cuisine . L’extérieur est très agréable avec la vue sur la mer , c’est vraiment top au réveil et le soir . Il y a de la place pour se garer . Et l’arrivée est autonome donc très pratique. Je recommande cette location au vue de son prix attractif.

Il nostro soggiorno in Villa è stato meraviglioso. La villa è molto bella e l'host è stato molto gentile e disponibile nelle comunicazioni. Consigliamo questa villa e speriamo di tornarci al più presto.

Gorgeous place in a beautiful location - and we were very well taken care of with prompt communications and some thoughtful touches

Beatrice empfing uns direkt am Haus, nachdem sie vorher schon unseren Mietwagen organisiert hatte. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war sie ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit auch mit weiteren guten Tipps. Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattet, absolut ruhig, obwohl nur 5 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und wunderbar gelegen ca 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Die Reisezeit (letzte Oktoberwoche) war perfekt, da angenehme Temperaturen, nur noch wenige Touristen, aber die meisten Lokale und kulturellen Events noch verfügbar. Kurzum: rundum empfehlenswert!

Потрясающее жилье! Огромная территория которая принадлежит только вам, вид на море и вокруг очень тихо и приятно. Есть теннис, гольф, бассейн и уличный душ, проектор на улице, зоны отдыха по всей территории (8-9 зон отдыха), возле бассейна барная стойка с холодильником и раковиной, в доме два санузла и душа, две спальни и мансарда также с кроватями, на кухне есть тостер, чайник, кофе машина. Нет только микроволновой печи. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Мы отлично провели время!

Des hôtes parfaits, une maison paisible dans une petite rue à deux minutes de la plage de sables noirs et une eau transparente. La jolie terrasse pour se reposer au retour d’une journée de visite de l’île est sans contredit un gros plus. Vous trouverez des restos sur la rue de la plage. Je conseille par contre une voiture.pas de soucis la maison a un grand stationnement qui peut facilement contenir deux voitures au besoin. Kostas nous avait recommandé un loueur que nous n’avons pas pris et à grand regrets. Il était plus cher mais beaucoup de scap côté voiture sur l’île. Kostas a aussi organisé nos transferts aller-retour au port. Ses parents sont venus nous accueillir à notre arrivé à la maison et étaient là aussi à notre départ. Des gens charmants. Je recommande cet endroit les yeux fermés et vous souhaite d’y séjourner un jour vous ne le regretterez pas! Plusieurs Airb&b à mon actif et définitivement un des meilleurs.

Petit studio très fonctionnel et joliment décoré avec soin par l’hôte, Katia avait pris soin d’allumer quelques bougies et de mettre une petite musique douce pour nous accueillir. Le logement contient tout ce dont on a besoin pour 2 personnes, nous avons pu cuisiner et profiter de la terrasse avec le coucher du soleil. Katia est extrêmement gentille et très disponible, elle a répondu à toutes nos demandes et tous nos besoins de manière très rapide et amicale. Il y avait aussi le nécessaire pour un premier petit déjeuner qui avait été mis à disposition. La proximité d’Oia a seulement 5 minutes en voiture est un atout et le calme de la propriété également. Nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour à 2, au calme, proche de la ville.

El lugar estaba muy limpio, fue fácil de encontrar y todo coincide con las fotos. La playa está muy cerca del hotel y encuentras buenos restaurantes cerca, nuestra anfitriona fue siempre muy amable con nosotros, siempre estuvo pendiente y nos dejó un regalo de recuerdo. Sin duda volveremos algún día. 100% recomendado!

Mr. Kostas reached out to us in plenty of time, set everything up from our transfers, rental cars, excursions, dinners, sunset cruise, etc. He MADE out trip and helped us experience everything we wanted to do in Santorini and maximized all of our available time. He is simply the best! We are forever grateful! for him! The villas we quiet and relaxing, food, drinks, service was top notch. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Vitali provided superb service, and he did a little of everything around there. On site breakfast was very good. But none would have been possible without Mr. Kostas, we cannot thank him enough.

Beautiful three night stay at Apanomeria Boutique Residence with Soritis end of October 2024. Fantastic communication with Soritis, helpful information appreciated throughout our vacation, journey! Lovely surroundings, warm spa Pool and hot shower. Lovely clean homely Apartment. Plentiful places to sit and relax. Walking distance to Sunset, restaurants and bars. We hired a ATV and drove to beaches on other side of Santorini. Beautiful bakeries across the island! I can’t recommend Theo’s place at Sagma enough. It was perfect. The location on Perissa by the beach has a very unique view, the seafood restaurant under the place was to die for and the public bus is walking distance and gets you anywhere you want on the island. Theo is the most friendly and helpful host I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Eva is a great host. I would definitely recommend and happily airbnb with Eva again in the future! Always responsive and went above and beyond to assist with us getting to and from the airport as well as providing us with car hire recommendations and the additional option of breakfast delivered to the airbnb in the mornings Location was great, walkable to the beach and restaurants and easily drivable to different areas of the island

We had an amazing stay at George’s place. The Villa was beautiful and close to everything. Staff was incredibly helpful and organized our activities/rides. We can’t wait to come back!

Airbnb was exactly as photos. Very authentic Greek type home. Host was extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for our group. Breakfast was included and quite good ! Would not hesitate to return when in Santori
