Holiday rentals in Ohio County

I'm not sure where to even start! This was a little slice of Heaven on Earth! The land/views are STUNNING. There are so many activities on the property- walking the trails, kayaking/canoeing in the "creek" (looked more like a river to me), pedal boat and/or swim in the pond, volleyball, fire pit for dinner/smores, or, my favorite, relax on the front porch and take in the beautiful views. We were so excited to be able to take our 2 dogs. They had a blast as well! So much room for them to run and they enjoyed the water! The cabin was the cutest! Very cozy, yet, plenty of room for our family of 5. I'm already looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely quiet space. A little tricky with multiple levels in the space. Beds were great with lots of room. Shower is really tight and kitchen is sparse and small. Good enough for snacks and had what we needed.

What a great getaway! Our son experienced his first time fishing (and catching!) and what a great place to make those memories. It was a quick hour drive to Noahs Ark. The hot tub was squeaky clean and the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular.

Stephen and Sharon have been outstanding hosts the two times we have been there! We are relocating to their area and they have been so accommodating in helping us through this process. We look forward to telling our out of town guests about their place.

This was our first time in arranging accomodations through an Airbnb so I was a little nervous. However my anxiety was releived upon seeing the actual accomodations. The directions given on line were accurrate and the cleanliness was very evident. We had one minor issue on which we needed to contact Patrick and his response was very prompt and helpful. We had not seen some of our family for several years, so having this home available for our reunion was perfect. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.

Martine and Janice were both fantastic from the time we booked to the time we left with communicating with us. They provided clear instructions on how to gain access to the home, some interesting history on the area and home, activities to do in the area, and instructions for check out. The home was very clean. The floor plan was nice with large open living/dining space facing the river. Watching the barges on the river was pretty cool and there is a nice deck with comfy deck furniture or two comfy chairs inside you can enjoy watching them from!

This was my 5th time of staying at the Dillsborough Inn. It is always a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful home that is well kept. Beautiful inside and out. Peaceful quiet safe neighborhood. Pam is a wonderful host. She makes everything so easy and is well organized. A very friendly lady that is always ready to answer any questions. I am looking forward to staying here again next year.

My boyfriend and I decided to escape for our first anniversary, and we are so glad we chose The Loft @ The Farm! Janice and Joe are both so kind and their animals are just as sweet. We really appreciated Joe reaching out before check-in to let us know about a possible detour. Instructions were simple and this place exceeded our expectations! The loft and bathroom were very clean and hand sanitizer dispensers were in the barn and the loft itself. We loved the sweet kitty who greeted us every day, and we obviously enjoyed feeding the farm animals (Oscar and the cows have our hearts)! The local area has so much to do and we were still able to have a blast despite the rainy weekend. Thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable one and for extending such kindness and care. We felt so comfortable and at home, which sometimes is hard when staying in a new place. 10/10 and 5 ⭐️ all around! We wouldn’t have a negative thing to say even if we tried-don’t change a thing! 💓
