We arrive at night, it is the second street from Matanzas - not to be confused with the first, the sign is not visible at night and Google Maps does not help. The place is beautiful, it has a privileged location, nice decoration and beach design. The place is clean and the host is very nice. However, I could point out that the staircase to the second floor could be a little safer, using it at night is not a good idea and to note that the parking lot is downhill - leaving the car hooked up if it is mechanical. Apart from those minor aspects, it is an excellent place to rent.

Very good house for a large number of people. Great location, good communication with landlord. The house looks like the pictures. Maybe one thing to improve is to fix the bbq which is a bit roten and put wifi.

It was amazing days in the stay! We had a beautiful view of the sea and everything Adrian offered was the right thing and helped us with everything we asked for. What would be better than the things that are in the piece would be to move them to the Quincho, since most of the time is spent there then it would be ideal for the Quincho to be more equipped not to go to the piece to look for things.
