Holiday rentals in Offida

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

What a wonderful find. Lucia’s place is at cellar level, thus being cool relative to very high June temperatures. (34 degrees C the day we arrived). The property is rustic with beautiful ceiling and floor design. It is tastefully furnished with all you need to prepare a meal. Lucia and Giovanni met us on arrival and provided comprehensive information. Parking is off road and private and walking into Ascoli takes 10-15 minutes. We only had 2 nights, but could have easily stayed longer. Well worth a visit.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Sehr guter, frühzeitiger Kontakt, alles bestens erklärt und gezeigt, immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet! Das Haus war in sehr gutem, gepflegten, sauberem Zustand, sogar mit kleinem Empfang Geschenk vorbereitet! Das Haus ist sehr schön, charmant und frisch und hübsch eingerichtet! Die Lage ist sehr schön, die alte charmante Stadt mit freundlichen Menschen, beliebt von Touristen, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gutem Restaurant! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren von den Gastgeber gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Richtig schöner Urlaub!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove passare un pó di tempo in completo relax e lo abbiamo trovato. Un paesaggio mozzafiato circonda la proprietà insieme alla calma e alla tranquillità delle colline Marchigiane. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la piscina privata dell’appartamento. Il posto è veramente tranquillo, nessun rumore se non quello della natura. Il casale rimane a una decina di minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali. Il casale dispone di cucina attrezzata, lenzuola/asciugamani. Nota molto importante la struttura è pet friendly, il mio cagnolino ha potuto godere con noi della vacanza. Ci tenevo a ringraziare Marco che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e ci ha lasciato preziosi consigli per orientarci in zona. Graditissima anche la torta che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Mycket fräscht boende i vackra Offida. Nytt, rent och väl utrustat. Ornella hade mycket god Mozarella med sig från Neapel när hon kom som vi njöt av på terassen. Vi rekommenderar verkligen Ornellas boende. Offida är en pärla. Supermysig by med fantastiska restauranger och många olika vinhus.

Luogo incantevole, appartamento nuovo molto bello con vista stupenda sulle colline marchigiane in zona tranquilla, ideale per visitare i molti luoghi d'interesse e per raggiungere il mare. I proprietari Luca e Annalisa sono molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta! Assolutamente da ritornare! Grazie per la splendida esperienza.
