The cozy house with a large garden and sauna (fee fee) is located on the edge of the forest in the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park, just 50 km from Berlin-Mitte. The lovingly decorated house has a beautiful view of the forest, a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace and underfloor heating. In the village there are 3 lakes with natural swimming areas and an outdoor pool. Hiking in the nature park, cycling, reading in the hammock, grilling, relaxing, cooking together, sitting by the campfire or working in peace - all this is possible here.

This wonderful new 120-square-meter (1,292-square-foot) attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter (16.4-foot) Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Das kleine Studio befindet sich in einer ausgebauten Scheune in der ich auch selber wohne.Die Scheune steht in einem schönen großen Garten.50 Meter entfernt fließt der Fluss die Dahme mit der Prieroser Schleuse.Also man kann außer mit dem Fahrrad,oder Bus oder Auto auch mit dem Boot kommen.Viele Freizeitbeschäftigungen sind möglich,schwimmen in den schönen in der Nähe liegenden Seen,Kanu oder Boot fahren,wandern in den Prieroser Wäldern.

The house is in Julianenhof near Buckow in the Märkische Schweiz, 50 km east of Berlin. The perfect place to relax, experience intact nature, hike. Only a few places in Germany have such dark nights and such an intoxicating starry sky. Buckow offers small shopping, restaurants and a wonderful beach in Lake Schermützelsee. In the nature park of Märkische Schweiz, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our wooden hut stands on a separate property. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.
