Highly recommend! The apartment was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a perfect beach getaway. You can tell it’s thoughtfully set up by someone who either travels often or stays here themselves.

Really lovely modern looking Airbnb. Looked exactly like the pictures and very clean. Location is great too I’m a fairly fast paced walker so about 5 min to old Lagos and 5 min the other way to the beaches and boardwalk. There is also a SPAR market conveniently located on the way to old Lagos. The hosts were fantastic, met me there, answered all my questions promptly. Would not hesitate to book again.

This place is the perfectly located in Lagos. Short walk to a great beach, city center, and many restaurants and great coffee shops; there is tons of activities nearby as well. The apartment is exactly as shown in photos, and immaculately clean. We didn’t cook anything but the kitchen had all the necessary tools, plus there is a mini market only about 1 minute away. Krum and Maya are great host. 10/10

Very nice welcome. Host available. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. We had coffee, milk, a bottle of wine in the fridge. This is a very interesting and appreciated plus. Walking distance from the old town. Balcony on the roof with beautiful view. Free parking spaces around. Quiet and safe place.

We had an awesome stay at Casa Mira. The whole place was really quiet and beautiful, outside and inside. We had everything we needed. There is also a lovely cat living next to the house.

Perfect location and stunning rooftop! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our first time staying in the Algarve and we were so happy with the location. It is right on the hiking trails but in a quiet area with access to some great restaurants. The welcome basket was very much appreciated as a grocery store requires a short drive and we had arrived after a long flight and drive. We had a lovely time!

The view from the terrace is worth every penny or pence. Alain was very proactive in his communication leading up to the check-in, which made the process less painful compared to others in the area. We will book again when we come back to this region with Alain.

We had a wonderful stay in Alvor! Francisca is a great host – warm, helpful and always available. She made sure that we felt completely comfortable and were provided with all the necessary information. The house is very cozy, lovingly furnished and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We especially liked the toys provided, beach utensils such as umbrellas, chairs and digging things - perfect for our holiday with a child. The beaches in Alvor are beautiful, ideal for swimming, playing and relaxing. There are great excursion options in the area - our daughter loved the Dino Minigolf! The resort itself offers everything you need: restaurants, shopping and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

Dear Franziska, dear Sandro, we had a wonderful and very relaxing time in your great house. The furnishings were perfect, the rooms tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and the heated pool was very inviting. We also liked that there were so few other tourists besides a few surfers and hikers. However, you absolutely need a rental car to reach restaurants and supermarkets.

Marcella’s place is welcoming, cozy, comfortable, a great location and well thought out…very accommodating. Wonderful restaurants recommended by Marcella, a lovely walk to Figueira Beach. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful. I would love to return one day.

Place is as advertised and fully matches the pictures. We explored all the cool beaches nearby and once we came back in the afternoon chilled by the pool. Pedro is a great host, regular checks on you and provided nice tips for beaches and also restaurants that we visited. We, a family with a kid (3.5 years old) had a great time & fabulous holiday

We had a fantastic stay with Carlos. Carlos gave us clear directions and was helpful with suggested places to visit including Praia do Grande which was a beautiful sandy beach, like being in the Caribbean! The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We loved squeezing the oranges and lemons from the garden and the peaceful surroundings. Lots of places to sit in the garden, always an opportunity for a sunny spot. There were restaurants nearby and a supermarket in Monchique. We only had a short 3 day break but can’t wait to go back. Thank you, Carlos, for a great stay!

This was a little piece of paradise on the Algarve Coast. It was a well positioned, spacious apartment that was quite private even though it opened on to a lovely grassy area and pool that was available to other guests. The little beach with a cafe between sandstone/limestone cliffs was picturesque. A lovely accessible cliff walk took you to larger beaches and lots of restaurants near the old town of Albufeira. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Throughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Colette’s spacious apartment. It was clean, well equipment and comfortable. Alto club had fantastic facilities and grounds are well kept. Colette is a great host, very helpful and informative. 100% recommend and I would love to return in the future. Ciara.

Wonderful stay! We spent an amazing week in this apartment — probably one of the best we've ever stayed in! Spectacular balcony, excellent location near the beach and about 15–20 minutes walk from the historic center (or Uber/bus for little money). The apartment is super well equipped, with everything you need, even chairs and a parasol for the beach, as well as a Nespresso machine! A special highlight is João's hospitality — always available, attentive and super friendly. Impeccable communication. Small detail (not a criticism): at the end of May, we had no direct sun on the balcony — which for us was perfect, but it may be useful to know for those looking for sun all day. Thank you very much, João and Ana, for an unforgettable vacation in Lagos!

Everything was great, and Portimao is lovely. Ana was always very helpful, super clear and very friendly. Lovely trip, especially in shoulder season. We’ll definitely return! Only thing to watch out for is the little fruit flies that hit in late May,… the fly screens are very important to keep closed! Thats nothing to do with the lovely. accommodation, it’s the area and that specific time of year I think. Accommodation was spot on, and we’ll defo try to get back again. The surrounding area really is gorgeous. Thank you Ana!

This place has a tremendous view of the city and the ocean. It’s a pleasure each day waking up to the seaside view. There are a few dogs and chickens in the surroundings but nothing big to worry about. The apartment was very clean, has lots of space and the location was perfect - easy to walk (5 min) to the centre of Lagos to go out for dinner or drinks. Free parking on the street outside the building. João was very kind.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!!
