This house is in a perfect location and walkable to everything. Any time we had a question Cynthia always responded immediately and was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Joanne and her husband thankfully accommodated my son, our 2 small pups, and myself after we opted to NOT stay where we originally reserved (the pet-friendly Howard Johnson’s in Toms River). Not only did Joanne accept our reservation request at 9pm, but she talked us through the checkin process, offered great suggestions about places to eat, and overall was a generous, honest host. She and her husband are exactly what guests always hope for when selecting and AirBnB. 10/10 recommended!

Sharone exceeded expectations from before arrival. She was an excellent communicator, and was willing to accommodate adjustments due to a change in my travel schedule. During my stay, I found the Condo to be a very clean and modern accommodation. From spare essential items, to a wireless phone charger (which I needed!), the host had everything that was needed. Located in Seaside Park, two beach badges were included complimentary, and there was no noise from the boardwalk. While I was mainly working on my laptop as a staycation, wonderful restaurants are within a short walking distance. The host, Sharone would be more knowledgeable on this, and I recommend this host, and this accommodation.

This was all we needed for two days at the beach. It was just right. Just cross the street and we were on the boardwalk and the beach. Parking was great! We walked everywhere. A very cozy home. I recommend it highly!

Angela’s place was super cute, comfortable and relaxing! Angela made us feel at home and was easy to communicate with. My husband was over the moon watching the boats, wave runners and a lovely little family of swans on the canal. We found some great restaurants near the rental. Ship Bottom Beach and all it has to offer was just over the bridge, easy peasy! We thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway at Angela’s place!

This place was so beautiful and clean and Gina was so amazing for getting back to me so quickly. We will definitely be coming back

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly welcoming. Whether you're looking to enjoy beach activities or explore the vibrant boardwalk scene, this place is perfectly situated for both. Highly recommend for a memorable seaside getaway!

We stayed at Jane's 8/19-22/24. The accommodations were clean and bright. Everything needed was available. Attention to guest need was evident throughout the apartment. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and the view of the bay was lovely. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thank you, Jane!

Heather’s place was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, open, and all the furniture was very comfortable! Wawa and Walmart are very close to the location making last minute trips accessible and convenient. Heather was extremely quick with replying to my questions and made the check in and check out process easy, and simple (and I appreciate that so so much!) my family and I hope to return on another family vacation soon, as we did enjoy our stay (for the first time away from our home in 10-15 years as a family)!! Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Great host and really beautiful place. We were off-season so did not take advantage of water play but house had all the toys for kids and adults to use.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Dave and Gretchen’s place. From the start, they were incredibly welcoming and responsive. The house was beautiful—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. It was the perfect spot for a couples trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend!

My family absolutely loved this place. It's in a lively location, within walking distance to everything- the beach, boardwalk, and all the great places to eat! The space was clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely book this place again.

Overall - A Great Place Ideal Location, peaceful and relaxing, a short walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Just like the photos, upscale look, pleasantly decorated. Very Clean and well appointed, linens, towels, extra blankets and trow blankets, kitchenware. beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and in good working condition Secure building and assigned parking. Highly Recommended.

Great stay with the kids. They loved the pools and the short walk to the boardwalk. I’m grateful they provided linens but I would’ve preferred to know they were disposable as they weren’t very comfortable and next time I’ll know to bring my own. I’m just picky in that way though. The place was great and spacious and provided a great family vacation.

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Great place to stay.

Vaseem is a very kind and responsive host. All of her instructions were very clear and helpful. The condo is very clean with great amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living area. It’s also a great location close to many good restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would love to stay in Vaseem’s condo anytime we take a trip to LBI.
