The property was exceptionally clean and the communication was very quick with easy to follow instructions. The pool was great and the property had all the amenities you could wish for. Only a short walk to Obidos with loads of great restaurants.

Nice house for two families.

A truly beautiful villa within walking distance of the ocean. The villa is in a neighborhood with a beautiful view of the forest, has a nice pool and inside you will find the appropriate equipment. We would definitely stay again.

It was one of the best Airbnb's I've been to. Careful to the smallest detail (soaps, candles, etc.). Super comfortable bed, ideal bathroom, spectacular pool. Everything in the place is of quality is noticeable even on the towels. Decorated and tastefully designed. I'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything.

The place is amazing, the place is super calm. We were well received on arrival, the instructions were clear and simple and we felt at home from day one. Nothing to point out.

Carlos's place is right inside the walls of Obidos which makes it easy to get every where with ease. very unique place with the back wall being the wall of the outside castle wall makes it so cool. if your looking for a new build this isn't the place, it's more the experience. Very roomy and everything we needed. Carlos's would stop every morning with pastry and bread, such a nice touch. if you have mobility issues the this is not the place, but we were able to take our suitcases up the stairs and walk with no issues. Thank you Carlos for a wonderful stay.

Lovely old house in the middle of Obidos

Very nice complete accommodation, nothing missing and everything is really very clean. We feel at home. The decoration is superb as well as the stone walls. We loved it.

Excellent home for the low season for family time, quiet location and very close to Óbidos and Caldas. Great outdoor space. Exemplary cleanliness and tidiness, wonderful smell throughout the house. We were greeted with sour cherry, king cake and chocolates, excellent host, fully available and quick response. Fully equipped house, very spacious, and with great heating. Feeling of being at home!

We had a great 3 night stay at Maria & Jeroen's accommodation. We hired a car for the duration of our stay and the beaches are in close proximity to the accommodation. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and has everything you may need. We enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor space and would certainly visit again. Thank you Maria & Jeroen for a memorable stay. Isabel and Renato are amazing hosts, from the warm welcome and fabulous table of food to the helpful recommendations. This place is fabulous for larger family groups, the beach is literally on the doorstep, you don’t need to bring anything with you, the hosts have everything covered. Turn up and enjoy your stay!

We had a very nice time at Annelies' house. The house is so lovingly restored and furnished that we felt very comfortable. Everything you need is there and much more. The amenities are very extensive and tasteful. Annelies is a really very friendly and lovely hostess and it was nice to meet her. We and our 3 children (7, 39, 40 years) found the accommodation very cozy and the rooms great. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful garden, had breakfast and also grilled. The surroundings are very nice and for nature and bird lovers there is a lot to discover. We highly recommend Annelies' place.

We stayed here for two weeks with two young kiddos, and it ended up being the perfect home base for our time in Portugal. It felt homey, the kitchen was stocked with enough supplies to make home cooked meals and we loved having the playground right outside our door. The neighborhood was super quiet and just a quick walk to two different grocery stores and Óbidos proper. We would definitely recommend to any families or individuals looking for a quiet, cozy home base while visiting Portugal.

The host met us on arrival to show us around and there were some lovely welcome treats for us. The house is modern, spacious and very well kept with good quality sheets and toiletries. When the washing machine broke, Karin arrived within 10 minutes and helped us to sort it, very helpful and friendly! Great stay!

What a perfect stay at Bom Sucesso Beach! Such a hidden gem! The house is spacious, bright and clean, and just steps away from a few lovely local restaurants overlooking the lagoon. We were so happy to have the bikes to explore. We enjoyed sunset from the rooftop patio. We rented paddle boards for the lagoon. A perfect spot to call home for a few days of exploring this lovely area. Liliane was so helpful and responsive, a most generous host. I'm already dreaming of returning! Thank you!

We loved staying in Andreia's place for exploring Obidos and Caldas Da Rainha. We rented a car, so we knew staying in the city centre wasn't practical and it was also high season due to the Christmas and New Year's holidays. There were charming holiday decorations to welcome us. The apartment was cozy and spotlessly clean. There's sufficient kitchenware to heat leftovers or make a simple meal. We took Bolt and Uber to town in the evenings and picking up and dropoff was no issue. Be aware that you're in the countryside and there's chickens and other animals nearby. For us that just added to the charm. While there are no immediate services if you are only on foot, if you have a car then the supermarket and coffee shops are just 5-10 minutes away. Andreia was the most responsive host and replied to messages very quickly. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're exploring the region.

Everything is very new and clean. Ana and her husband responded quickly and were very welcoming. The house shares patio and barbecue with another apartamemto and we did not see it in the description. Anyway we were lucky and did not notice the presence of the other couple.

The stay was very pleasant. The owner is friendly and thoughtful. The views are incredible.

We and our three kids spent a fortnight over Easter at Klemens' lovely house. It was was easy to find - a keycode for the door meant we could arrive late without worrying about meeting a local agent. The house was exactly as described - easy parking for our VW van outside and a lovely quiet location. Both house and garden were spotless and entirely matched the description. Gardeners arrived part way through our stay to do the lawn, and cleaners visited halfway through to clean floors and replace linen. The house was a very good size for the five of us, and with a bathroom per bedroom we didn't have queues in the mornings! The garden was lovely and peaceful, the kids enjoyed the pool, which is larger than many around that area - it is more than just a plunge pool, short lengths were perfectly possible. Obidos is a short drive for supermarket and great restaurants, plus the restaurant on the lagoon is five minutes away and AMAZING. We will definitely be visiting again.

Hello! For those who seek tranquility and coziness, I highly recommend. Close to the castle of Óbidos, and the main shops, and still provides silence and a perfect space for those who need to reconcile travel and rest. It would surely come back!

The house is modern and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the historic Óbidos walls. The free parking spot right in front of the house was great.
