AllgäuKuh (AHL−goy−KOO): Don't stand outside looking in; look from the inside out to enjoy the view over the green hills and rooftops of Oberstaufen before you walk (or hoof) it to find everything you need. The AllgäuKuh is not located in any (albeit beautiful) Oberstaufener suburb; it is centrally located. Non-smoking apartment w/ 2 balconies, a dedicated home office area, within walking distance of everything Oberstaufen offers. Parents of newborns: crib, baby bath, high chair, utensils.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Well-maintained & tidy accommodation in very good condition. Everything is clean, there is really nothing to complain about. The only criticism: We would have liked a roller blind or a curtain on the bathroom window, the frosted glass is not "milky" enough. Otherwise, we can recommend the accommodation without hesitation & would come back anytime. The location is ideal for a stay with a dog, as you can take it for a walk right outside the door. Shopping facilities are quick and easy to reach. Equipment and storage space definitely more than sufficient.

Beautiful, cozy apartment on the 2nd floor in the middle of the pedestrian zone of Oberstaufen. Due to the carport, the car was also well tidy, at winter temperatures. Easy check-in. We felt very comfortable.

We stayed 4 days in the accommodation and were completely satisfied, there was nothing missing. You can quickly reach the shopping market, the thermal baths and a variety of restaurants, all easily on foot. Very friendly welcome and very good advice regarding excursion destinations. You also receive emails in advance with a detailed description regarding accommodation and excursion destinations, so you can prepare perfectly for the trip. Thanks for the great days and we'll be back!

We went on vacation as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 girls. We really enjoyed staying at Ms. Lena's place. Everything was very clean and tidy, the kitchen was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of useful things for small children. In addition, numerous board games were available, the atmosphere was extremely cozy and pleasant. The location of the accommodation is very convenient. Ms. Lena kindly gave us information about possible activities during our stay. A special highlight were the Oberstaufen PLUS cards, which were provided to us as a bonus! The Christmas weather was fantastic – a real winter fairy tale! We will definitely be coming back.
