Holiday rentals with a patio in Obersaxen Mundaun

The place is better than the photos! The apartment is in midst of a valley, Very peaceful and has beautiful surroundings. Sophia is very proactive in her communication and welcomed us with a beautiful message. Apartment was large enough to accommodate the 6 of us. It is beautifully decorated and has all the required amenities. Kitchen has also been thoughtfully stocked with all things required for a comfortable stay. Please note - this place is a little far from from the main train grid it is connected through a 20 min bus ride which runs every hour from morning till late night. We didn’t have any problem with this and the buses run on time.

We enjoyed our vacation in the accommodation very much. The hikes are all super accessible by car and you can walk to the lake wonderfully with the dog. Here it is recommended to know where the dog beach is, as the bathing meadow has strict dog bed prohibition. The apartment was very pleasantly cold despite the high temperatures outside. The garden is very well maintained and invites you to the aperitif outside, as it is also fenced. We would leave again, highly recommended

My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! Peters place was the most perfect stay for our merry team on our road trip from Berlin to Lucca. The kitchen had everything we could’ve wanted, the view from the balcony was spectacular and the location is perfect for walking , shops , swimming at the lake. It was a wonderful stay for all of us, thank you so much.

We loved our stay at Remo’s lodge! The views were absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The firepit and jacuzzi area were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Remo was a great host — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily come back again!

Amazing house in the middle of a paradise! We loved every second of our weekend and would recommend this place if you want to relax and recharge from the chaos of the everyday life. The house was clean and has everything you need.

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Very nice and spacious home. Extremely lovingly furnished. There is simply nothing missing. There are many cozy seats, games and even a piano. We enjoyed the large terrace and the beautiful garden with herbs, strawberries, currants and cherries with our four children. We even saw a golden eagle. Josef gave us great tips for varied excursions in the Surselva. And there was a lot to discover: alphorn blowers, marmots, hiking, a toboggan run, a herd of donkeys, modern art, a procession and medieval chapels. In short: We can highly recommend the house and will gladly come back. Thank you very much for everything Josef!!

Jana is a friendly host. Very helpful and outgoing. We felt at ease. The apartment is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to use the sauna for a small fee. Highly recommendable.

It was close to the station, so it was good for getting around. I went earlier than the check-in time, but I was able to rest because you kindly guided me. They also paid attention to the washing machine mistakes I made, and even took pictures and explained them in an easy-to-understand way. I had a good rest with my mom in a good location. Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

The area is really beautiful. They were two seperate rooms with a kitchen. The hosts were really friendly and also provided us with extra Ventilators due to the terrific heat. Over all, Nice stay.
