An kalten Tagen bietet euch der Schwedenofen, die große Küche mit Esstisch und das behagliche Wohnzimmer mit TV schöne Stunden. Auch im Winter bietet unsere Terrasse einen geschützten Sonnenplatz. Zu jeder Jahreszeit gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Biken, Wandern, Baden, Canyoning, Bogenschießen, Ponyreiten, Skywalk, Skifahren, Schneeschuhlaufen

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.
