The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Moosmühle Weitnau - Sonneck Loft

Arrive in the Moosmühle and feel good. Our Loft-Hauchenberg is a "loft-like new apartment. It tempts you to feel right at home. Make yourself comfortable in the spacious living room and enjoy the view of the unobstructed nature. The apartment has a large flat screen TV + free WiFi+fully automatic coffee machine. IMPORTANT! We will rebuild the garden for you. That's why the outdoor area is currently only partially usable . Planned completion in summer 2025.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.

Our ground-level apartment with private entrance and gravel terrace is set up for two people. From here you have a magnificent mountain view. Parking is available right outside the door. The location is the perfect starting point for all kinds of activities in the Allgäu.
