Unser 200-jähriges Toggenburgerhaus liegt naturnah eingebettet zwischen Säntis und den Churfirsten und empfängt jeden Besucher mit seinem ganz speziellen Charme. Es ist ein Haus mit einer familiären Atmosphäre und eignet sich für Einzelpersonen, Paare, Familien und Kleingruppen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bergbahn, Skilift und Langlaufloipe und Vieles mehr. Die schöne Umgebung bietet sich für Sommer- und Winteraktivitäten aller Art an.

Genieße wundervolle Tage in unserem familiären Gästehaus, das in zweiter und dritte Generation von Heidi und Elisabeth geführt wird. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen und zentralen Einbahnstraße, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Zugspitzbahnhof entfernt. Die beiden Zentren von Garmisch-Partenkirchen sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ebenfalls wie Irish Pub, Sausalitos, Eisdiele, griechische, vietnamesische, italienische und bayrische Restaurants. Bergblick ist garantiert.

Unser Balkonzimmer mit eigener Dusche/WC hat eine Größe von 27 qm. Das Schlaf-Wohnzimmer ist ein Raum. Es befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit herrlichem Gebirgsblick. In unserer sep. Bauernstube können sie ihr Frühstück genießen (Foto Essbereich) - gehört nicht zum Appartement! Ist aber im gleichen Haus. Natürlich ist das Appartement absperrbar. ANREISE SA oder So. BnB mit Bodenseeblick Zimmer Guggenbühl

Das Zimmer hat ein Französisches Bett 140/200 und ist für ein Paar geeignet. Es ist auf Wunsch mit Frühstück (15.-/Person) und befindet sich in einer ehemaligen Pension, dem das alte Leben wieder eingehaucht wurde. Das Zimmer ist abschliessbar. Der Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse wird gemeinsam mit maximal zwei anderen Gästen genutzt, ebenso das Bad und das separate WC das sich auf dem Zwischenstock befindet. Es ist ein weiteres Zimmer "Eichenbüchel" auf airbnb inseriert.

My place is close to the Allgäu mountains, lake Grüntensee, Neuschwanstein (approx. 30mins by car). You’ll love my place because of the small village setting, the view of the mountains from your window, the lovely hosts. We are a little bit off the beaten track so if that appeals to you we are the perfect place to stay for you.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Stylish Guestroom next to Lake including Breakfast

The beautifully furnished guestroom, the cozy living room as well as the carefully arranged garden ensure perfect relaxation during your stay. The guestroom contains a comfortable 1.60m wide queensize bed and a pullout sleeping couch. The room comfortably fits four people. The bathroom is right across the guestroom and is for use exclusively by our guests. In the morning our guests will be treated with a delicious breakfest.

An old mansion with 3 double rooms and 1 single rooms, each with many nice details. We provide a personal service, including breakfast. In our holiday and adventure village we also offer several tepees, chalets and yurts with different sleeping setups. The village with fireplace, adventure playground and leisure meadow is of course also available for our B&B guests.
