We absolutely loved Sanna & Murray's Treehouse. It is located on the east side of Waiheke Island completely isolated in a beautiful forest. You feel like you have left the world behind. The outdoor soaking tub and Sanna's massages and facials were the cherry on the top (highly recommend booking massages with her as part of the experience!). Man O War winery is nearby about 10 min by car if you want to go to a restaurant. The treehouse was equipped with everything you might need, simple, tasteful and perfect for relaxing and communing with the birds and nature. Loved spending time reading on the deck amongst the trees and looking at the stars at night from the bed. Great way to unwind and connect with nature and your partner. The nearest store is about 30 minutes away so recommend buying any groceries you might want before getting to the treehouse. I can see why they got New Zealand Best Unique Stay Award.

Great place -- beautiful views, quiet, and everything you need. It's a bit from the beach (1 mile) but no biggie if you have a car. There is a lot to do within a few mile drive (hiking, hot water beach, good food). I was there in the winter when nothing was going on (and it was perfect to relax and recover).

This is the most beautiful homestay we have stayed in on this trip, it lives up to its name. We felt the Host's thoughtful service to guests. We experienced unlimited drinks and wine at a homestay for the first time, and you can see the sea from every corner of the house. We also love the decoration style of the homestay. The smart facilities provided by the B&B also made us feel very convenient. Most importantly, the Host is really nice, answered all our questions, and provided a lot of helpful information. Thank you for sharing your beloved home with us, we are happy to recommend this homestay to everyone.

Beautiful modern, very light and comfortable stand-alone 2 story summer cottage just behind owners’ cottage, with great view of bay. Front and back 2nd floor balconies for star gazing with a “dark sky”. Full kitchen, comfy queen bed, off street parking and beach just across road as pictured, We rented kayaks which were delivered to Omaru Bay for us for a little 2 hour paddle up the coast. Also took a hike rec by Allison and a day trip to Whitianga. Our location was perfect for all of this. Would have appreciated a hairdryer, otherwise perfect stay!
