We felt like Home. This place was amazing. Especially using the Jacuzzi after a long day in a National Park. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it.

Alex’s place is located right in the heart of Yosemite valley making it ideal base camp to explore the park. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful and it was easy to check in. Will definitely recommend staying here

Very nice and cozy place to stay if traveling to Yosemite (30 minutes from the South Entrance) and only 6 miles away from Bass Lake. The bathroom was impeccably clean and so is the kitchen. We used the hot tub to relax privately in the evening. We didn’t need to cook since restaurants are nearby, but the kitchen is fully equipped including oil & salt. The beds & pillows are soft & comfy. Our family had a wonderful time and highly recommend the Raccoon Hideout. Btw, I broke the record for Galaga. 😊

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und sind am späten Abend persönlich begrüßt worden. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr privat und super ruhig mitten in der Natur. Debbie und Jeff haben sogar Snacks und Ausstattung für Wanderungen bereitgestellt. Wir waren dankbar für die Yosemite Tipps und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a small trail right behind the explorer suite which was perfect. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended stay.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love it here. We will obviously be coming again when we visit Yosemite in the summer. The Garden Suite is so homey, warm and inviting. My mom loved it, this was her first time visiting Yosemite and her first time here in this airbnb location. She loved it. She described it as living her "Virgin River dream." (Virgin River is a show on Netflix) Thanks again for your hospitality and for sharing your home with us.

We were in the area visiting family and Clint’s cottage was perfect for us. Beautiful and very clean! We didn’t explore the grounds since we were visiting with family the whole trip, but his sweet puppy, Coco was there to greet us every evening and said goodbye the morning we left. 🩷

Probably best Airbnb I've been too. The pictures don't even do it justice, house is super cozy and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this to anyone who stays at Yosemite. We really enjoyed our evenings here, relaxing after hiking.

We stayed at the Gingersnap for 3 nights and would definitely recommend this stay to others! Bass Lake is beautiful with lots of convenient restaurants and bars nearby. It's a short drive the south entrance of Yosemite and the hot tub was perfect to come home to after a long day of hiking. The suite itself is super charming and had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and memorable.

I stayed here with my wife and we had a really special experience. Every area of the location (indoors, backyard, hot tub area) was so thoughtfully done. There is a really cool vibe throughout the whole place that made our stay very fun. Nick had great communication and was available throughout our stay, although we had zero concerns or issues the entire time. I would definitely highly recommend his place, and would love to come back again. It's a great home base for exploring bass lake and it was a short (<25 min) drive to the entrance of Yosemite. So glad we chose this place! (Also, make sure you do check out the hot tub, its a really cool set up!)

Laurie was a great host, she made everything easy throughout the stay, gave us great information, and was very friendly. The entire place was very quaint and peaceful, located within good proximity to where we were looking to go, and the room and house were very whimsical. We enjoyed our stay at Whimsy. The amenities that she offered were wonderful and very helpful for our busy days in the outdoors. Laurie was a wonderful host, very friendly and knowledgeable, and we are very grateful for her hospitality.

It was very clean and cozy. Although our stay was short it was very sweet and it went above and beyond our expectations.

Wir fühlten uns bei Susan und Richard sofort wie zuhause und schätzten unsere Gespräche sehr. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage ist super, wenn man den Yosemite Nationalpark oder den Bass Lake besuchen möchte. Definitiv das beste AirBnB während unserer USA Reise!

My sister & I stayed mid May 2025 for a week. It's a studio attached to a main house. It was exactly what I was expecting. It actually had a bit more than I was expecting since it doesn't have a kitchen of any sort. This was my first time renting an AirBnB & Talia & Rolando were very patient & responsive with my stupid questions. We did get woken up early by the guests in the main house who had two toddlers. Babies will be babies & you can't control crying & yelling. They were nice people who apologized for the noise. The hammocks were the only outdoor equipment we used. There was a BBQ, pool, fire pit & various chairs around. The other guests used the BBQ which is when we met them. The pool is a repurposed trough which was really cute. Too cold to swim, but the furniture was being used by a momma cat & her kitten. They were cute. They had collars so probably belonged to a neighbor. It is a nice place for 2 people who don't mind sharing a big bed. 😁

Katharine and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, everything was very clean and well organized! She also gave us a great local wine as a welcome gift.
