Apartment holiday rentals in Nysa

House was very clean and equipped. Parking was a challenge for me but other than overall it was a nice place.

My mother and I stayed in Lukasz's apartment for a week, and we were so happy with our choice to book! The price we paid was comparable with hotels in Katy Wroclawskie, but the apartment was so much better - it became our little sanctuary after days visiting family, the area, and Wroclaw. Everything was exactly as described, and as seen in the photos. The peaceful garden outside gives you access to some outdoor space too which was a lovely extra! All appliances and amenities inside the apartment are new, modern and in pristine condition. The apartment block is very peaceful and quiet, and in a nice newly developed area of Katy Wroclawskie, with a supermarket next door, a pizza restaurant a 2 minute walk away and an easy, straight, 15 minute walk to the town centre, and 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Lukasz was very responsive, proactive and helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we're in the area! Thank you :)

The place is a starting point for exploring the mountains. There's nothing to worry about, the beds are very comfortable, everything is fresh, the contact is seamless, all the instructions are clear and on the spot. Quiet and atmospheric neighborhood, Lower Silesia has its own "something". Highly recommended:)

Some water in Włodzica has passed... So the next ones thankful! Such a hospitality...or HOSPITALITY, I don't think we expected, but we've been driving for a few years. A nice surprise every now and then. Apart from the great location - a beautifully decorated and comfortably equipped apartment with a very comfortable bed. Oh..what wasn't here! It was everything travelers enjoy. Coffee maker with dozens of coffee capsules, tea, bottled water for the week (and we were only two nights), spices and everything that likes to cook... Generosity is a measure of humanity, and we felt it from you and it was very, very good - although too short - but we will definitely come back! And these children's paintings - an apartment with a soul, playing equipment, and quite musical CDs (full of culture). As if everything was scarce - eggs brought for breakfast with liquors. Zaneta was a great host, communication with her was a pleasure. The aparment was super cozy, with all the necessary appliances. I particularly loved the garden since our spot was on the ground floor. Totally recommend!

I came for two nights and stayed for four . I needed a place to relax and reset and these turned out to be perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding that felt like I was floating on the water. Plus a beautiful bathroom with a wonderful rain shower <3. In general, the apartment has a lot of artistic elements, you can feel the creative spirit of the host. I was especially captivated by the dog-shaped seat. If you like to cook, then the kitchen is fantastically equipped for that. Contacting the Host was seamless, and she offered faster check-in. It takes about a 20-minute walk to a neighborhood that has a lot of beautiful architecture and nature. There is a grocery store, and the apartment itself is quiet. Best regards,

I am very happy with Mr. Wieslaw's apartment. It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything you need to relax is in the middle of it; a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a washing machine, etc.

Very nice people and „feel at home” atmosphere.

We had a great stay at the apartment. 😊 It was all very clean, modern and well equipped. In addition, a lot was within walking distance and especially the large terrace was great with the warmer temperatures. The beds were clean and already prepared with linens. There was no wifi or TV (as advertised) but this was not a problem for us as expected, as we were on the road most of the time. We had some problems with the lower front door, which unfortunately did not always work with the code and the skylights were unfortunately only slightly darkened, which is why it became bright in the morning in the morning. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! 🥰

A place as a great place for trips to the surrounding attractions of Lower Silesia, I recommend!

Very nice apartment right in the city centre. All rooms looked like the photos, everything was also very clean and tidy. The kitchen in particular was perfect for cooking, as all appliances etc. were available. The only criticism I would make is the parking situation, as you could not park your car for free. There is a parking lot nearby, which is subject to a fee. Overall a very good stay, I can recommend it!

The apartment is clean and well located (good base for skiing for greenery) , host very helpful, the apartment looked exactly the same as in the photos, the biggest plus was the possibility of staying with the dog, I honestly recommend this place

There were 3 adults and 2 kids. I really liked everything. The place itself is very beautiful and new, high-quality furniture, plumbing, equipment. Very quiet and beautiful place. There is a lot of entertainment for children, a playground for children, attractions, a small zoo. The children and we were allowed to feed the horses, it was very interesting. Very convenient location. The house itself is next to the stable, there are many attractions nearby. This place is 120% worth the money. We plan to return.

This was such a delightful cottage, on the ground floor below our hosts. It was even better than the photos and all of the rooms were big and well equipped with a garden area outside and separate stunning garden across the track with lots of beautiful cool seats to sit on and read in the heat of the afternoon and a BBQ area. Our hosts were lovely and we had extra generous treats from their garden. It is a 10 min walk into the village for shops and a very good restaurant. We also walked into the Stolwye mountains from there too (about 10-15km). I would highly recommend this gem.
