Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Enjoy the autumn, book a peaceful, scenic and quiet accommodation right by the lake. The cottage overlooks the nature, lake and bird life all around. Follow the path along the cape to the jetty for a bath. Wood-fired sauna, boat and canoe you can rent on site. Sauna SEK 500, boat or canoe SEK 200. I have a pottery workshop and massage. The cottage is connected to the nature reserve and hiking and biking trail. Fishing licenses are needed for fishing in the lake. Distance by car: 5 min to Simlångsdalen, 20 min to Halmstad

You have your own parking and small garden with patio and grill. 15 minutes to the city of Laholm, small nice shop 3 km, long sandy beach by the sea about 20 minutes, hiking trails, winter Vallåsen downhill skiing, salmon fishing in Lagan.

At the back there is a large terrace where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license needed) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within a 15 minute drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.
