It is a bright and spacious apartment of 70 sqm that has a large fresh bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The living room is an open floor plan that is connected to a large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a private laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
