Unsere Ferienwohnung "Fini" im Dachgeschoss unseres "Urli-Hauses" verfügt über ein Schlafzimmern für zwei Erwachsene (Einzelbett/Babybett für ein Kind zusätzlich möglich) sowie ein Wohnzimmer, das Zimmer "Fini" mit Sofabett für zwei Erwachsene. Auch hier wäre es möglich, ein Zustellbett - gerade für ein Kind - aufzustellen. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung "Fini" über ein Bad und eine Wohnküche mit Sitzecke. Kostenfreie Parkplätze rund ums Haus, Unterstell-Möglichkeiten für Fahrräder oder Pedelecs.

The bedroom is furnished with a high-quality, very comfortable box spring bed, a large wardrobe and its own TV. The living room invites you to relax with it's chaise lounge and beanbag. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.
