Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nuoro

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

We had a great stay at Tina’s lovely place - everything was as seen in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment had all you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. Also, Tina was very helpful with a restaurant review where we had a brilliant meal. We loved Sardinia. Thank you so much Tina - we’d love to come again some day!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. L'appartement est superbe et très bien équipé. La terrasse est grande et très agréable. Le quartier est calme et est situé à proximité de tout les commerces ( cafés, bar, supermarchés et pharmacie ). La plage est à 5min à pied ce qui est très agréable et pratique. A refaire sans hésitations Merci à la maman de Marco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité

La villa Smeralda est un très bel endroit pour séjourner proche des plages (les plus proches sont à une vingtaine de minutes) et d'Olbia (15 minutes). L'appartement était très agréable avec terrasse, barbecue, clim... tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est un plus pour se rafraichir pendant les heures chaude ou le soir. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable. Antonio est sympa et très arrangeant.

Literie de qualité , cuisine bien équipée , il y a du café à disposition, de la lessive , Le propriétaire parle français et est très sympathique

Witam, Pobyt był bardzo udany, świetna lokalizacja , w samym centrum, odległość spacerowa do centrum miasta. Świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem, każde zapytanie od razu miało swoje rozwiązanie. Dziękuję Ana😀

It was an amazing stay, Carmen was very proactive in the comunication, giving a lot of tips and local recomendations. The house is very comfortable and cozy, accomodating very well 4 people. The location is near to all the best places. Definitely would return. Thanks Carmen!

Wir wurden sehr nett von Chiara empfangen und konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Super zentral gelegen, alles ist sehr zügig zufuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, ein paar kostenlose wenn man Glück hat, ansonsten 1€ die Stunde, welche beide in einer Minute zufuß erreichbar sind. Fragen wurden via Whats App oder Airbnb App zügig beantwortet und zudem sind wir bei der Ankunft per Whats App mit örtlichen und regionalen Empfehlungen versorgt wurden. Abschließend kann man sagen, man kann mit der Buchung der Unterkunft nichts falsch machen und wenn man in Olbia zentral übernachten möchte, würde wir dieses Apartment empfehlen. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Leonardo hat immer zügig geantwortet. auch war er immer sehr freundlich. vielen Dank, gerne wieder ☺️

Wir haben uns in Giovannas Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr sauber, gemütlich, alles praktisch eingerichtet und zu benutzen. Ein praktischer Parkplatz ist vorhanden, die Terrasse und die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bellissimo soggiorno, ci siamo trovati come a casa, La struttura è pulitissima e i proprietari super gentili e super disponibili, il padre di Armando ci ha portato anche un vino per festeggiare il capodanno veramente super cordiale 😊molto consigliato 🫶🏻

Geschmackvoll und mit Stil renoviertes altes Haus im Dorfkern. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit qualitativ sehr guten Geräten; alles sehr neu. Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Laden (General Store) gerade beim Haus. Naturnahe Umgebung mit Hügeln und Feldern; in der Ferne die Giara di Gesturi sichtbar (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert). Leider war der auf Airbnb prominent (Hauptbild) dargestellte Pool nicht aufgestellt (bei über 30 Grad🥵); dies sollte bei der Buchung kommuniziert werden.

La maison de Valerio est grande et très agréable. Idéalement placé à un quart d'heure de l'aéroport et à dix minutes de San Teodoro, de ses commerces utiles et de ses magnifiques plages alentours. L'accès se fait à toute heure, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on arrive dans la nuit. Valerio est très réactif 👍 Nous avons même pû profiter de la piscine fin avril ☺️ Je recommande !

Preciosa casita de pueblo equipada con más de lo esperable. Ambiente de montaña apacible. Supermercados y pizzerias en el mismo pueblo. Anfitriones cercanos y que te hacían sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable.

Die Unterkunft von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir herzlich von Christine, seiner Verwalterin, betreut – mit viel Engagement, tollen Tipps und schneller Kommunikation. Wir durften u.a. früher einchecken, haben Empfehlungen bekommen und eine genaue Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft erhalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen – besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den bereitgestellten Wein und das Wasser zur Begrüßung - eine schöne Geste! Die Lage ist top: Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Eisdielen sind fußläufig erreichbar – das Auto konnten wir oft stehen lassen. In Hafennähe muss man mit ein paar Mücken rechnen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Christine, die immer schnell, freundlich und herzlich geantwortet hat – das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Man merkt, dass hier der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. 🙏🏻

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

L'appartamento di Antonello è molto ampio e spazioso, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. La sua strategica posizione in centro paese, vicino a ristoranti, farmcie, e beni di prima necessità, lo rende comodissimo per soddisfare tutte le eseginze!!!! Consigliatissimo!!

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alice ist ein großartiger Host, die wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit denkt. Wir würden wieder bei Alice buchen.

Cristina es una excelente anfitriona, siempre pendiente de cualquier duda o petición. El departamento amplio, luminoso, limpio, sin ruido y lleno de detalles que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. Recomiendo ampliamente.

Wir haben hier im August 2024 unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Appartement-Anlage mit einem großen Pool. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen und sich wohl zu fühlen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist das Fenster im Kinderzimmer, was sich zur Sammelgarage öffnen lässt. Hier kommt kein Tageslicht hindurch und durch die ein-und ausfahrenden Autos ist es bei geöffneten Fenster nachts etwas laut. Zur Terrasse gelegen ist das Wohnzimmer sowie das Schlafzimmer mit Blick zum Pool. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten, vor allem zum Schnorcheln ist hier der Strand bestens geeignet. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe und auch einige Restaurants. Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in Lu Bagnu.

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Nous avons passé deux jours excellents dans l’appartement de Filippo. Le self check-in via boîtier à clés était simple et bien expliqué, ce qui nous a permis d’arriver à notre rythme sans stress. Le logement était impeccable : très propre, décoré avec soin et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région à pied, et la communication avec Filippo a été rapide et efficace, aussi bien avant notre arrivée que pendant le séjour. Merci pour ce séjour sans fausse note ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb à tous ceux qui cherchent confort et praticité.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Olbia! Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage. Besonders die schöne Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt hat uns begeistert – perfekt, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
