Très jolie villa (encore plus belle que sur les photos !), bien équipée et paisible. Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’hôte réactive.

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. If youre staying in Kiwengwa, go and book this apartment! 👍🇹🇿🐘 Also he gave us his number, in case we need any help or other stuff. Thank You and best regards Kathi and Mailin

Помешкання знаходиться не далеко від пляжу(іти 2 хв ), є все необхідне для проживання та самостійного приготування їжі, також не далеко є пляж з багатьма кафе, рибний базар, магазини( 10 хв пішки). Господар любʼязний, готовий допомогти будь-чим і порадити куди сходити чи поїхати. Для проживання, особливо довгострокового рекомендую! Єдине що, не працював інтернет, але господар намагався виправити ситуацію

Мы с женой провели в этом прекрасном доме 8 дней. Огромный дом в огромном частном саду выходящим прямо на пляж. То есть до моря 20 метров. Хороший вид на море с веранды. Дом и сад обслуживают три человека, все очень приветливы и всегда рады помочь. Надо иметь в виду, что в доме нет кондиционера. Проветривание идет за счет открытых окон и с вечера дует хороший бриз с моря. Но под утро может быть немного душно.

We kijken met plezier en dankbaarheid terug op ons verblijf bij David. Wat een geweldige plek! De villa is nieuw en modern, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is zo mooi! De keuken de badkamer enz. Het grote balkon met ligbedden en uitzicht . Het zwembad is zooo heerlijk. Zo vanuit je terras een plons het water in. Drankjes 24/7 zelf te pakken. (Uiteraard wel tegen een vergoeding) De grote tuin is rijkelijk voorzien van prachtige planten en bloemen. Je ziet, vlinders, vogels, fruitbomen, gekko's en een enkele hagedis op afstand. Een wandeling door de tuin is echt een aanrader. David is een hele fijne gastheer, die zorgt dat je het ten aller tijden naar je zin hebt. Een warme persoonlijkheid die gelijk in je hart zit. Echt voor een ieder die een heerlijk verblijf zoekt vlakbij de oceaan, met de rust en sereniteit maar ook gezelligheid indien gewenst van een luxe prive villa. Wij komen gauw terug! Great host. My only complaint is that they should have a solution for the flies so that you can enjoy outside without swatting them off the whole time. Lastly, it’s far from everywhere and everything and getting around became costly so take into consideration rebooking but the place is beautiful and peaceful.

Our 2 families (10 persons) had a great time and stay in this house over Christmas. This house doesn't have any AC but the fans do a pretty good job. Nice deep pool which was of great use as the tide and seaweed has big influence on the beach just outside . Along the shore there are couple of cozy restaurants. Be caution and aware of palm trees with coconuts that can fall down from the neighbor plots. Housekeeper Hidaya was great and so friendly, she helped with cleaning and cooking.

Preis Leistung in Ordnung. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen dass die Unterkunft fast jederzeit besetzt ist, d.h. wir hatten ein sehr sicheres Gefühl auch während unserer Ausflüge. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, man bekommt immer Obst und jeden Tag etwas anderes afrikanisches. Auf Anfrage gibt es auch andere Dinge. Familiäre Atmosphäre.

Utupoa made me feel so at home, that I didn't want to leave at all :) I stayed for a week and felt so welcome. Joyce is an amazing, kind and very cool woman! With soo many interesting storys, I could listen to her for hours. But not only Joyce was great, her staff was lovely as well and helps with everything. The food is very delicious and freshly cooked. Utupoa is so, so beautiful with a fascinating garden and a huge mainhouse, with lots to see. I love, love, loved the view! The beach is great aswell and much quieter than other places, with viewer beachboys. Snorkeling is awesome with plenty of sealife to see. Mnemba Island is not far away and a must do for diving or snorkling - breathtakingly beautiful! I enjoyed the dinners with the other guests and Joyce, we had lots of fun. I met super cool people :). Utupoa is a home away from home with so much character, heart and sunshine. I would go back any time and hope I can one day. Asante sana Joyce!

Die Villa Pepo ist wunderbar, ich und meine frau haben den honeymoon gut dort verbracht, es ein unvergesliches erlebnis, die villa haben wir für 10 tage gebucht, und wir würden jeden raten so viele tage wie möglich zu nehmen, Iliasa war für uns ein sehr netter kreativer typ der für jede unserer kreativen trips auf der insel die man hat sofort alles klar gemacht hat, sehr zuversichtlich, er hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt, ich freue mich aufjedenfall auf ein baldiges wiedertreffen

Hanna, Inès et moi vous remercions énormément pour cet accueil unique. Le cadre est sublime, Paulette et Didier ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Paulette a su répondre à nos besoins et nous a préparé un festin excellent (spécialité congolaise/swahili) avec des produits frais. Sa cuisine est faite avec amour et beaucoup d’attention. La décoration de chaque chambre et séjour commun sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et nous recommandons cette maison d’hôte. À bientôt!!

Just Heaven truly lived up to its name! The laundry service was a thoughtful touch, making our stay so much easier, though we did lose two bras—maybe blown away by the wind! Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d come back for sure!

We have stayed in dozens of airbnbs, and this is by far the most amazing experience we have ever had. This sea-side villa is a paradise. The views are breathtaking, and you can walk 1 minute down the stairs to what is essentially your own private beach (best time to swim was between 2-4 with the tides). The villa was imaculately clean, with sweet Jennifer around (but not in your space), cleaning, setting up meals, and making sure we had everything. The private chef is the cherry on top - eat EVERY meal here. Best food we had on the trip. The beds are comfy, the WIFI is fast (I worked remote the whole time). The pool is clean and refreshing. We flagged down boats each day to take us snorkeling for $30 round trip and left from the airbnb ocean steps. No reason to ever leave, to be honest. A perfect getaway. It's so quiet and dark at night as well! Be advised that (at least in May) there were a LOT of mosquitos at night so bring spray for when you're on the porch. This place is perfect!

The place gave us exactly what we came for in Zanzibar, the beach front , only issue i had was how to get to the place , google map took us to different Zanzibar beach house and I didn’t have a sim card or data to communicate wt the owner , I think it’s better to use matemwe or just heaven apartment coz the locals know this places , the lady Esta was always there to help with whatever we needed and the owner always asking if we needed anything, so me and my friends felt at home . Thanks for the memories.

Splendida location sulla spiaggia di Kiwengwa località Cairo davanti alla lingua di sabbia. Casa molto ben restaurata, mantiene intatto il gusto africano con le giuste comodità . Ottima la cucina nei dintorni e volendo anche a domicilio con il buon Ramma , oltre che driver anche in veste di cuoco. Ho amato molto i paesaggi variegati delle maree che creavano splendide piscine naturali. Consiglio vivamente. Tornerò di certo.
