Las Lomas Marbella Club Golden Mile Apartment

When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. My friend and I stayed at this beautiful apartment in May for a long weekend to see a mutual friend who lives in Elveria, so as I go regularly it is nice to find a comfortable place to return to, and I will! Bright and cheerful and immaculately clean, exactly like the photos. Isabelle provided towels and beach towels so was easy to come for a few days with a carry on suitcase. It is 2 minutes to the beach and a welcoming new beach bar at the bottom of the road. Nikki beach is over the road but did not intrude in any way, we walked on the beach every morning to find beach bars for breakfast and coffee (plentiful). The pool area was lovely with well maintained gardens and a pool bar for snacks and drinks, again very tranquil. All in all I would definitely recommend and go back as I have stayed in lots of apartments in the area and this was the best by far. All in all the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and you’re sure to have a fabulous time!

Everything was clean tidy and very homely. It was peaceful and quiet up in the mountains, you definitely need a car but suited us perfectly for travelling around for golf. Would highly recommend 😊

Thank you, Ian ! Everything was great! The apartment was clean and has 2 terraces with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was dotated with everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine , oven. Tha bathrooms , one big and one smaller with hair dryer. Comfortable bad mattress. Even though there are terraces downstairs, you can't hear the noise from the apartment. We was with our daughter and she sleeps very well. Close to the beach, only 3-5 min walking. We will return here soon!

We’ve recently returned from a wonderful stay at the villa with our family. The view was absolutely stunning and created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. We were especially grateful that two high chairs and cots were set up and ready for our grandsons - such a thoughtful touch that made things a lot easier for us. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Pepe was incredibly helpful and very friendly throughout our visit, which made the experience even better. WOW - we had such an amazing time staying at Susie's place. The highlight for us had to be sitting on the balcony each night, wathcing the sun set over the beach listening to the waves and smellign the BBQ coming from local nearby restaurants. We aboslutely loved the location, close to many incredible restaurants, within walking distance of the historical center and many parks for our two toddlers. The house is well equipped with a crib, high chair and a tub for little ones. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We would happily return again!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa — everything was just perfect! The view was truly stunning: we could see the mountains from one side and the sea from the second floor. The villa is beautifully designed and very cozy — it feels like home. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for daily life and cooking, including a well-stocked kitchen, a barbecue, and even a first aid kit. Everything is chosen with great taste and attention to detail. The space is warm, inviting, and incredibly comfortable.
