This beautiful 100+ year old villa is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Although it's very central, the neighbourhoud is very quiet and kid friendly. All needs are in walking distance. The facilities are perfect for single person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom. Everything in the house is fairly basic, but you have a lot of space at your disposal in an attractive ambiance. If you are with 3 or more people, you have access to 2 floors, more than 150 m2. From 7 persons there is a 3rd bedroom and a 2nd shower. A 4th bedroom from 10 persons.
