We had a lovely week at la Bardoire. The house is very well-equipped and comfortable. Delphine is a very responsive host. There are several minor maintenance issues which need attention and then it would be perfect.

Great stay under the sun. The pool and the large outdoor table are great. The children had everything they needed to have fun. The hens had little chicks during our stay, to the delight of the children. I highly recommend this listing There are also many visits and walks to do nearby.

We had a very good stay with friends and our children. Christophe welcomed us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available if needed but everything necessary was already in place to have a good stay! I highly recommend it!

Quality stay between idleness, calm and good atmosphere. Corinne and Paulo made us feel at home, a sunny welcome and sharing of common areas as if we were old friends. The setting and the house are beautiful. I recommend it!

We only spent one night at Sandrine's but we will certainly come back, it's a beautiful place, Sandrine is very attentive to her guests. Everything was perfect and the cottages are really very well equipped. Must see

Very cozy cottage, you feel good there. Beautiful decoration, bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, everything is new. Sheets and towels are provided, which is very appreciable. The garden is a plus. Well located near Beauval. Cindy is very responsive 😉

It was wonderful to stay in a home connected to the history of the Loire area and its architecture. We loved the elegant, tall windows, the high ceilings, the wide hallways, the fire places, the lovely lounge and dining rooms, the views of the climbing roses from the bedrooms along the back side of the house, the spacious, main bedroom and the large garden with it comfortable furniture. We ate outside and enjoyed the garden. The kitchen is pretty but a little narrow for a couple of people to work in there at the same time. It is well equiped, with everything you need to prepare meals. The main bathroom is spacious. The second bathroom is bath only with shower attachment in the bath. It was fine for us. The house is decorated with soft, pastel wall paper and is quite sparse in its decoration which I loved because I could enjoy the structures of the home without them being hidden by too much decoration. We loved our stay and would stay again. Carol also kindly looked after us.

Very well located accommodation, less than 10 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, 30 minutes from Château de Chenonceau. The accommodation is spacious, friendly and above all very clean. We felt right at home. Check-in and self check-out: the best. Thank you so much for the hospitality, we highly recommend this place. Go for it!!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Caretaker's House! Sylvie and Stephane are great hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and communication with Sylvie was always fast and helpful. The house had very thoughtful touches - particularly as we came with our children (3 year old and 6 month old baby), Sylvie had put lots of helpful things out to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The grounds are so beautiful and peaceful, and the pool is an absolute winner! Perfect on a hot day, and the area was nice and secluded. The location is within an easy walk to a pretty town with bakeries, restaurants and a good playground. There are also lots of things to do and see nearby (châteaux, boat tours, other towns etc.) all within 30-40 minute drive. We very much hope to stay again!

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!

Very welcoming hosts. Independent accommodation offering a large garden, 2 tables and chairs outside, including deckchairs. Closed by a gate that can be locked. Perfectly delimited parking. The interior is nice, well decorated. Perfect for our stay.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the gite in Florence. The highlight is the indoor pool area, which allows children to let off steam after excursions, regardless of the weather. The house as a whole met our needs, we recommend

Amazing opportunity to stay within the private grounds of this walled former priory built in 1641 and currently being restored. A beautiful one bedroom with modern ensuite and big open concept kitchen and living room with antique decor, classic large windows and stocked with everything you could need for our week long stay. Only 5 minutes walk to the castle and the excellent value Michelin Bib restaurant “La Salamandre” in the heart of Saint-Aignan, 8 minutes to the river, 3 minutes to the Saturday market. Gracious and welcoming hosts who are quick to respond and will show the immense grounds of this historic site. Also they have great recommendations from both re: pâtisseries, restaurants, fromagerie, groceries and local cultural arts events. Peace and quiet with gardens on two sides of the accommodation to sit and relax and fields on three sides of the priory so it feels like the countryside. Absolutely a wonderful experience we will go back to enjoy again one day.

Marie is a very friendly and available hostess. We had a great stay in his beautiful cottage, very well furnished and equipped, extremely clean, decorated with great taste, very well located.

House in perfect condition and very well equipped (air conditioning very appreciable on hot weekends). Very good communication with Sandra, I highly recommend this accommodation for a family weekend.

Top location, possibility to walk in Saint Aignan, in the heart of the city, with plenty of good restaurants around. 10 minutes from the zoo. Free parking just a few meters away. Very nice, tastefully decorated, as described. Baby equipment is a real plus! Comfortable. Small downsides: the dishwasher and dishes were not very clean. Overall, the kitchen was not clean. Nothing dramatic, but it's painful to have to wash the dishes before using them. Automatic lighting in the stairs: a real hassle when you have to get up at night without waking the children or other sleepers who share our room. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely come back!
