Entire house in the countryside on the Sablé/La Flèche axis, 5 minutes from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and Notre-Dame-du-Chêne, and 10 minutes from the A11. 40 minutes from Le Mans and the 24-hour circuit, 40 minutes from Angers or Laval. 25 minutes from La Flèche Zoo. The house has 2 bedrooms, living room with wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Terrace, large garden. All linens are provided. Bath towels are extra: €3 per person.

Please fill in the NUMBER of Guests. This is my dwelling house, which was not designed as a hotel and therefore with imperfections (including the steep staircase and without railings). If you choose this place, it's by accepting them. At the edge of the Sarthe, with direct access to the river, ideal for fishing, but less for children in your care. The rental is for a minimum period of 2 nights, max 15 nights. Bed sheets duvets towels and linen are provided.

Completely refurbished accommodation in 2021. Our four-legged friends are welcome, as long as we don't leave them alone in the property.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche.
