Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Noyelles-sur-Mer

Tastefully furnished home. Descriptive file on the region appreciated and very interesting. A few remarks: A rack in the small bedroom would have been appreciated. The sauna in the master bedroom is cluttered. The exterior needs maintenance. But we remain on a very positive note

Clean space that totally matches the description and photos. Equipped to accommodate a family with a baby (bottle warmer, shower ring, etc.) We'll keep the address in mind for a future stay.

We had two very nice days, with the sun, not too hot, ideal for enjoying the bikes (top the loan, that's what made me choose this place! And the decor, the atypical side, too beautiful!! The small private outdoor area, quiet with just the birdsong: great!!!) Thank you for the welcome!! Head to the park (just 2 steps away) to still enjoy a last day in the Bay of Somme for the return to the fold. Come with confidence!

An excellent stay at Les Framboisines with our baby, impeccable cottage, welcoming host with a nice touch on arrival. I am very satisfied with the extra service available (cleaning kit, sheet and towels) The city center is easily accessible on foot in about twenty minutes. I would highly recommend it!

A beautiful place at the end of the world, quiet, bathed in tranquility The house is tastefully decorated, very cute, well thought out.

We had a very pleasant stay, Marine and Delphine are very attentive and at our service. Very good welcome full of good intentions. The small restaurant 200 meters away (Rio) is great, cheap and you eat very well there. Strawberries full of flavors not far away, really delicious. Thank you very much, we will probably come back.

Charming home. Tastefully made layout. Close to the city center. Street parking can be complicated (only downside).

It is wonderfully located on the beautiful Yeres river in a beautiful private park. The area is very nice and the house is a great starting point for excursions. We would love to come back and had a great week at Constance and her family's house❤️

Beautiful place to stay. Wish we were there longer for one night. So peaceful and beautiful!

A small, very comfortable apartment, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated, a few steps from the sea. You can admire the sunset on the water from the accommodation, and from the terrace which we enjoyed. Very peaceful environment in a beautiful site, from which you can embark on beautiful walks: cliff side to the south (Bois de Cise, Mers-les-Bains and Tréport), Baie de Somme side to the north (Hâble d'Ault, Cayeux, Pointe du Hourdel). Maria and Hervé gave us a warm and very friendly welcome, a big thank you to them for their flexibility and good advice (especially the Ault Petit Truck and its delicious homemade burgers, 5 min walk from the accommodation). We will be back!

Beautiful location close to all destinations in the Baie de Somme. You will be delighted by the calm and charm of this residence. A parking space in front of the bay window that accommodates us for loading/unloading. Very peaceful with a shaded terrace in the evening in hot weather (which is very pleasant). The calm of the countryside and the relaxation of the spa after a beautiful day of walking are a comfort that we appreciate endlessly. Not to mention Estelle, the host who is responsive and interested in our interests daily. A beautiful discovery and a big thank you for this beautiful accommodation ☺️

A great stay, I would recommend! The apartment is quiet, clean, pleasant (the parking space and the elevator are a plus, coming with a person with reduced mobility). Chantal showed great flexibility with our schedules to allow us to enjoy the place. The location of the apartment is very good: 10 minutes' walk/3 minutes' drive from a supermarket and 5/10 minutes' walk from the bay and its shops. We will come back!

We really enjoyed the place. It is very well equipped. The view of the Somme bay is exceptional. We took advantage of the long view made available and after much perseverance, we were able to see seals. There are many shops and they are easily accessible on foot. We would recommend this listing.

The apartment is faithful to the description, the photos, even better in real life with this magnificent view of the sea... it is decorated with great taste we found a very clean apartment where you really feel expected! nothing was missing! with little extra touches: small cakes, tea, coffee capsules... the bedding was of quality, nice sheets awaited us, nice towels... Maybe it should be clarified that there is a staircase of about twenty steps before accessing the accommodation located on the 1st floor, for people with motor difficulties... The only tiny downside... Many thanks to Hélène from the concierge for her warm welcome, and to Nathalie for this exceptional property! Pierre and Irėne greeted us personally and were able to give us good tips about the neighborhood and the surrounding area. The studio was very clean and as shown in the photos and described in the listing. The fact that there was no WiFi was made up for by the small, cozy terrace overlooking the bay of St. Valery. There you can have a nice breakfast in the sun or relax in a deck chair. A boulangerie is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Other shopping facilities are also available within walking distance. The nearest supermarket can be reached by car in 10 minutes. There are also sights and natural attractions nearby. We had a very pleasant and relaxing time in St. Valery-sur-Somme and can definitely recommend Pierre and Irėne's neighborhood.

Estelle was very clear and friendly to help us take ownership of the premises independently. Accommodation without any flaws, very pleasant and functional with a complete welcome booklet. Obviously, the direct view of the sea and its sunset... we validate! 😉 Thanks again and why not see you again!?

We had an excellent time at Helene’s studio. The view was really a plus! The apartment is very functional. The bed is comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. The location is perfect with everything we needed by foot. We would definitely came back!

From our reservation to our arrival and even until our departure, Grégory is a very responsive host, answers all our questions, the directions received beforehand are perfectly clear, very easy to find, the small seaside resort is very pretty, we find everything we need just like at Gregory's. Small apartment close to all amenities, ideal for us who have visited the entire coast up to Belgium! We were able to admire long and beautiful beaches. We'll be happy to go back!

There is everything you need in the accommodation, well arranged and with a parking space. 2 steps from the sea and easy access to the city center, it took 20 min on foot with 2 children. All right, I would recommend it.

The apartment offers a magnificent view from a balcony bathed in sunlight in the morning and evening (shaded during the day). We had a lot of fun having lunch and an aperitif there. We also receive the visit of gulls. :) It is located in the center and therefore close to everything there is to do in the area, all shops and restaurants. 10 minutes' walk from the funicular and close to hiking trails. A secure parking space is available. For us who spent our entire stay on foot, it's a very big plus. We see that special attention has been paid to the cleanliness and decoration of the apartment. Brigitte is very friendly and was accommodating for our arrival. We have absolutely nothing to repeat. Everything was perfect. That's why we gave it 5 stars and why, if we go back to the area, we won't hesitate for a second to stop by again. :)
