I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think that in summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace do a lot of good! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So very good stay, thank you!

This studio is perfectly positioned to walk into Dinan. It really is a stunning Town and Fran's studio is private, clean with everything you need.Fran is available when you need something sorting out and shows care and consideration for her guests.Probably the best AirBnb we have stayed in location wise and the nicest host we have experienced.And the studio is a great place to relax after a days touring the area with its own off road parking which is another great find.

We were warmly welcomed by Anne and given a tour of the cottage. She is very helpful and immediately available for questions. Everything perfectly clean, new and stylishly furnished with very good taste. The property is completely closed with walls and fence. Perfect for our boys to play. The accommodation is perfect and has been completely refurbished recently! The green and peaceful environment is pleasant and the enclosed garden for our furry friends was a real plus! On the other hand, the bedding is new and of good quality, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed! Everything was great.

We had a great time at this place. The host was very welcoming and super responsive. The accommodation was in perfect condition, close to the city center and at the same time very exotic, in a remote city with a lot of greenery, which allows a change of scenery. There are many rooms, the house is very spacious. My whole family was very comfortable. This is the first time I've taken the time to write a comment, the accommodation was so impeccable!

We had a good stay at Francis's. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped with small touches (coffee, tea, milk, pasta, butter...). The accommodation was ideally placed to see the MXGP in Ernée. We recommend it 100%, a good place to remember!

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc
