Holiday rentals with a patio in Brittany

We had a very good stay, very clean house, very well equipped! Very good proximity, very nice hosts. i would recommend this listing without problem. We fell in love with their lovely terrace, where we felt right at home. thank you to Maud and Vincent for their hospitality!

House with character with very cute accommodation, wonderfully located in relation to the seaside and city center. Accommodation decorated with a lot of charm and functional, clean. Pleasant welcome. Independent terrace and access to the seaside through the grounds of the accommodation, which allows you to enjoy a real asset for a walk.

Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality equipment. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

Very happy with our stay at Hugo's: very well renovated and clean apartment. Welcoming and flexible host. The apartment is easy to access and close to the city center and the walled city. You can get everywhere on foot. This allowed us to discover the city. Thank you!

All as described. Apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floor (spiral staircase up to the bedrooms) with wonderful sea views. We also appreciated the opportunity to save on cleaning costs by cleaning the apartment ourselves. Typhaine was very friendly and accommodating, even letting us into the apartment a few hours earlier than indicated. Thank you, Typhaine! We would love to come back and recommend the accommodation!

Super little apartment. Great location. Everything you would need is in the accommodation. It is small but very well thought out and clean. Small sunny garden, completely enclosed so really safe for dogs. We felt the grass could have been mown as was slightly long but Florine explained this was the responsibility of the management team at the apartment block. Didn't spoil our trip, merely an observation. You can easily walk down to the beach, join the G34 coast path and walk into town from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cecile was a wonderful host. The furnishings of the apartment were wonderful and the location in Dinard excellent. You could easily walk to everything and Cecile's tips were all recommended. We will be happy to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Erwan's place on Île aux Moines, the view from the apartment is amazing, the large living room is extremely nice and comfortable. Erwan is very responsive and accessible. He was very accommodating for check-in.

An extremely pleasant, spacious, bright and quiet house with sea views right next to 3 beaches. A peaceful corner of the island and at the same time close to the village (4 min by bike). A beautiful, idyllic, peaceful, welcoming island and lots of small restaurants and bars nearby. Many thanks to Hélène for her responsiveness and recommendations, as well as to Marie-Antoinette who welcomed us with her kindness and smile. We highly recommend .

Everything was perfect! Beautiful house super well equipped (nothing to be expected) with heated pool, we were 3 couples with 6 children, everyone was delighted despite the bad weather. Céline is very accommodating and even bought a crepe party for us! We had a great time :)

We stayed as a family of four in the house for two weeks. The house has two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor. On the first floor there is a large living area with a fireplace and TV, a dining area, the kitchen and also a smaller living area with access to an inner courtyard. The first floor is therefore very spacious and open. The garden is overgrown with a hedge and you can sit here, as well as in the described courtyard. The house is quietly located in a small hamlet. To the beach it's by bike approx. 10 minutes. Bakers or grocery stores are easily accessible by bike or car. Communication with Alexandre went smoothly and even with a minor problem, help was very quick. He also gave very good tips for beaches, excursions and more. We really enjoyed our vacation in the house and would be happy to come back.

We would come back. Being awakened by cows and sheep was really wonderful for us city people. The cottage was very cozy, comfortable bed, everything you need. Everything is also quickly accessible by car. We were also able to spontaneously book another night. The flexibility of the hostess was great. Thanks a lot!

The accommodation is in a great location, the neighborhood is very quiet and the view from the stay is great. Vanessa is very responsive. No shutters in the upstairs bedroom, you just have to get used to it 😉 We recommend

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Thanks to Camille who welcomed us, and who was great: flexible for check-in and check-out and sharing good tips and good places in the area. You feel like she loves her region and it's nice to have her tips! The apartment was clean, recent, true to the listing, and everything was perfect: beds made on arrival, plush towels, basic equipment present (dish soap, sponges, soap).

A beautiful apartment right outside the city gate, lots of lovely places to eat but we were able to cook for ourselves too. Everything is very comfortable and clean, a great place to stay.
