Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. The accommodation offers an equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathroom, two double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, a family room for four people and a sleeping loft for another four people. The building includes a spacious garden and our farm pets. Driving distance to Marienbad and many other interesting places.

On bad weather days, the cozy couch and cuddly blankets provide a relaxing and cozy atmosphere....

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)

Apartmán Silvestr no. 2

Our new apartment New Year's Eve no.2 is located at the beginning of Dolní Rychnov and is close to the R6 exit (ideal location for trips to the area) and offers total privacy and private parking. In the case of booking both of our apartment, it is possible to accommodate a total of up to 12 people.
