There at Léo and Tati's house you are not only welcome, you will be WELCOMED. The communication is fast and easy, the space is as in the photos and quiet. The dogs have the whole yard to be at home. I have never had so much attention and communication with any host, neither before nor during my stays. And even before my arrival we had already agreed up to a menu of vegetarian meals that I could hire with them. And the meals have already been missed! Tati is perfect in the kitchen, in the combination of textures and surprised me very positively - the meals were divine! Me and my dogs spend days of rest and relaxation there, without any kind of worry! It's well worth staying with them!!!! Thank you again! 😘

Host is very cordial and receptive! The place is very nice, wide and airy. For those who like to live at home is excellent! Near all urban amenities. I highly recommend!

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Vitor always responded to our messages promptly and the house is more beautiful than in the photos. Every corner was lovingly decorated. Beyond the view is wonderful. Even washing dishes is easier with the view <3

Franco's space is beautiful, lots of trees and a good smell of bush. The house is spacious and cozy, has very nice blue windows and Franco is super helpful.

It was my husband who made the reservation, but I would like to leave this review because our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, very well cared for and cozy. Our son had a lot of fun, both in the spacious garden and in the areas of the condominium, which has a beautiful lake with ducks. Beds are extremely comfortable, with sheets and towels of high quality. Townhouse there were very hot sheets, ideal for the cooler nights. The kitchen is super well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator was already stocked with water and ice. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and with a well-kept home energy. I took the opportunity to relax reading some of the excellent books available there. The sofa is super comfortable and was perfect for us to watch a family movie. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The host, Antônio always very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.

Fabulous place to stay in Belo Horizonte. Easy to find, and in a great location. Super clean, lots of outlets, amazing view, and an amazing deck!!! It felt awesome to get to stay.

The apartment is really as described. Access to the entrance is very convenient through facial recognition. And the apartment entrance is by code. The apartment is very clean. The internet is fast. The bed and bath linen is really good (congratulations). For those who will stay longer, the wardrobe is very good. The TV is smart and also has Claro TV. The kitchen utensils are good, with several bowls and glasses. The shower has an optimal temperature adjustment (from cold to boiling) with a large flow of water. The toilet paper is very good and there is a bidet. The region has many bars, pharmacies and markets less than 200 m from the apartment and you can walk (I was told it was safe and I felt it too since the policing is very good). I used the gym, which is very well equipped, but for those who stay for a long time, it might be better to pay for a gym). The pool's leisure area is very cozy. There is no espresso machine and I think he said a cup on one side of the bed.

Ideal apartment for stays in BH. Perfect location. Well-lit, large living room, pleasant view with balcony, quiet bedroom. Great bath, with strong and hot shower. Flat with excellent service. I went by car and didn't have to park the car even once. Henrique is very helpful, with clear communication. Perfect instructions. I'll be back.

WONDERFUL! The stay is just like in the photos, everything was impeccably clean and the bed linen and towels looked like a hotel. It all worked perfectly well : air, hydro, showers, gas, electros, wifi... Letícia was the best host I've experienced on this platform : kind, caring, proactive and always responding very fast. The swimming pool has been cleaned, and the pool is at your disposal since it is not covered. In addition to all of this, check in and out, were quiet and the property offers an INCREDIBLE sunset. I recommend and will be back soon!

Eli is always helpful and attentive, the apartment is just like in the photos, in fact, even more, because there were some chairs that I had not seen in the photos, and the TV is bigger than I imagined. The bed is great, clean bed linen and towels, I recommend it.

Everything was wonderful just like our other stay. Such a gorgeous view from the balcony and window, so peaceful, and the host is very quick with responses. Very safe location with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, hospitals all being walkable.

The apartment is spacious, it was clean and organized. New appliances and utensils in great condition. Cozy decoration and great taste. The noise-resistant windows were very useful. About staying with children, the apartment has toys, children's books, a high chair, the living room was very spacious and a small room with a table was a little corner that they liked a lot too. The street is very nice, safe, with shops and utilities nearby and of quality, where we could walk. Ricardo and Luciana were super attentive and helpful before, during, and after the stay. I recommend the space, especially for families with children. We hope to return!
