Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nova Lima

A charm of place! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Extremely impeccable house and outdoor area. Great option for kids to play. Without counting the pool, which is large and well located. José Mauro had a friendliness and helped us with all the doubts. We will definitely return!

the check in and checkout were easy. Quiet place for rest. The chicks did not bother or did any work at all, but the house itself, especially the living room sofa, smells strong as a cat, which may bother anyone who has the most sensitivity to smell. The house was clean, with clean towels and bedding.

Great house, comfortable and with impeccable cleanliness, clean bedding and no mold or anything that might bother allergic people. Lucca was attentive and solicited. The condominium is safe, quiet and still has an internal market. We had a disagreement regarding the heating of the pool, but the owner made the correction in the listing. A detail that is not very evident in the photos is that the environments are integrated less the barbecue that is in the garage, but it was not a problem. Taking away the problem with the pool, it was a great experience and I recommend the site.

Grandpa Paulo was a great host. Since check in, always very polite and helpful. The house is excellent and surprised us positively! In the outdoor area there is a heated pool and a SPA with hydromassage aquecidissima. The children enjoyed a lot, even though they didn't have a lot of sunshine. It has a stretchy bed on the lawn that had a lot of fun. Both the outside and the indoor area have space to cook and hold meals. There are four suites, two upstairs and two downstairs. The house has two social baths, one next to the TV room and another in the outside area. The view is wonderful and Grandpa Paulo was very helpful and friendly. We went to New Year's and Grandpa Paulo pampered us with a sparkling wine. The house with clean towels and bed linens. Everything is very well organized and clean! We left already wanting to schedule our next trip! We like it so much!

Our stay at Juliana's was exceptional. Commencing with the host's attention and education. Very solicitous, responded quickly and kindly. Your accommodation is extremely pleasant, very well located, quiet, wide, very clean and well equipped. In addition to the internal part being very pleasant, the residence has an incredible leisure area, with a good barbecue, industrial stove, stove and wood oven. In addition to the heated pool, which was very clean. Also highlight for an orchard with fruit trees. The house is in the best region of Vale do Sol, close to the best restaurants, bakery and commerce. My family and I feel very comfortable in space, very well taken care of.

Thaís' apartment is a mimo!!! Cheiroso!!! Clean!! Very nice !!! Well ventilated and illuminated!!! The other residents of the very friendly building! Collaboratives!!! The lady who stays during the day taking care of the common areas of the building is very friendly!!! Thaís is a super courteous host!!! My felines loved it !!! That's it and it's very important to me!!! For I can leave more safely and quietly!!! I loved my stay and hopefully return to BH !!!

Celso was an excellent host, helpful and helpful. The apartment is melho than in the photos and is next to ItauPower Shopping and close to Big Shopping, where it has self-service lavandeira. The condominium has a concierge, swimming pool, gym and an Okeo mini-market (self-service) where you can buy everyday things without having to go on the street. Easy access to the main metropolitan routes. In view of the other accommodations I have researched in the region and the fact that the neighborhood is in an industrial/commercial area, Celso's environment is a find. I highly recommend!

A valuable find: Host Virginia is extremely attentive, patient and concerned about providing us with the best stay. The house had everything we needed and the location helped a lot, as we went to Lagoa da Pampulha and it is a journey you can do on foot (to access the lagoon). Market, bakery, restaurants and açais very close to go. We were very happy with the experience!
