Thank you, Carol, for sharing your lovely apartment with us! Check-in was quick and straightforward. The apartment was very clean and organised, with no odours or stains on the sheets or towels. The location is excellent—central, quiet, and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The neighbourhood is clean with plenty of food and drink options nearby, and there's a luggage locker less than five minutes away. A couple of things to keep in mind: as stated in the listing, there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up can be tedious. Also, there's no air conditioning. We visited during the hottest time of the year, and unfortunately, the heat made it difficult to sleep. Fans were provided and appreciated, but we felt more could have been done to help manage the temperature—such as a portable aircon unit that doesn't require external installation.

Séjour très agréable au calme, lieu très propre et charmant.

We had a great stay at this apartment! The host was very responsive, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean and easy to get to. Its location is fantastic. It is close to downtown Biarritz, a short walk to the market, and about 10 - 15 minutes to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The apartment has one shower and one bathtub, each located in a bedroom. This setup might require a bit of coordination if multiple people need to use them or want some privacy. There is a washing machine and dryer available on the bottom floor. One thing to note is that the apartment is at the top of four flights of stairs, not including the ones to get into the building. It may be something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a place close to the beach, market, and downtown Biarritz!

El alojamiento estaba bien, aunque se podrían mejorar algunas cosas, habría que darle un poco más de mimo. La anfitriona de 10, muy maja y atenta. Vive al lado así que cero problemas, nos dejaba aparcar en la puerta. El lugar es muy tranquilo. Había lavavajillas que eso es bastante útil y la ducha estaba muy bien.

The apartment was cute, compact and convenient. The best location in the best town. Had everything we needed including some nice outdoor space. A lot of different levels and stairs so not a fit for people with mobility issues. But our arthritic bodies had no problems as the internal stairs were short runs. Great for no more than two. Bathroom was not on the same floor as bedroom but no a problem for us. The owners take special care of this place and it shows.

Super apparemment et très bien placé (bien que pour décharger les bagages cela demande un peu d'organisation) mais tout se fait à pied et les deux terrasses sont vraiment un luxe très appréciable. L'environnement est plutôt calme au vu de l'emplacement. La décoration est très sympa et le mobilier confortable :) Merci pour l'accueil et l'arrangement pour une prise plus tôt du logement.

It's an ample space, with plenty of space to sleep, sit, relax and make food. comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, big bathroom. there a private yard in front of the property. MOMK is friendly, easygoing, pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this property.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement proposé par David. Il était impeccable et conforme à la description, tant pour la propreté que pour les services offerts. Le seul petit bémol concerne le bruit provenant du plancher à l'étage. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement ce logement.

Notre séjour en couple a été parfait. La cuisine est super bien équipée et pratique à utiliser, l'environnement est très calme et magnifique, et la salle de bain avec son puit de lumière est vraiment agréable. Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs et à l'écoute, nous avions réservé du jour au lendemain pour une location anticipée (arrivée le midi), et ils ont tout fait pour que cela soit possible. Vraiment des amours ! De plus, les hôtes laissent des recommandations et conseils sur la région, de la station essence la moins chère jusqu'aux balades en passant par les produits locaux, c'est une mine d'or ! Bref, si nous devions repasser par la région, nous choisisserions sans hésiter le même logement. Détail supplémentaire : nous n'avons pas d'enfant et il pleuvait, mais les lits superposés sont super chouettes et le jardin est magnifique ! Il y a même un bateau pirate pour les enfants... C'est un paradis.

We really, really enjoyed our stay here. Yves was a wonderful host -- had great recommendations and even gave a quick tour around the area to locate tram stops, the best bakery, etc. We visited during a heat wave (95f/35c) and the apartment's air conditioning was fantastic. The apartment was well-equipped and Yves graciously provided drinks and snacks as well. Travel to/from downtown was fast and easy, but the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. If we are ever in the area again, we would absolutely stay here!

Superbe logement proposé par Cyril ! L'appartement est bien placé avec une jolie vue sur la ville et proche du centre ville. Enfin Cyril est très réactif du flexible sur les horaires je recommandé !

Super accueillant, très attentionné et donne de bons conseils sur la région. Il nous a été d'une grande aide et d'un soutient formidable. Nous avons eu un retard sur notre heure d'arrivée mais il a su être patient et compréhensible. L'appartement correspond à la description : propre, bien rangé, très bien situé juste à côté des transports en commun et à 10-15 minutes de la Capitole. Franchement je le recommande.

Françoise est une hote très accueillante qui se rend disponible si besoin. L'appartement est un petit nid douillé, propre et très bien situé pour visiter la région.
