Holiday rentals with a pool in Nouméa

Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

We had a great time at Eve's place! The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for resting and relaxing by the pool. In addition, Eve was very accommodating for check-in , which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

Delphine's house was lovely, particularly outside and the pool area. We had some trouble with the fuse box on the first night which meant no wifi or air con, but the house guide helped us fix this. Would stay here again, but worth noting that its a uphill, hot walk into the city center so worth having a car!

Very nice host, available and welcoming, attentive to needs. Bright space, outdoor terrace protected even in rainy weather. Pool at 27 degrees even in dull weather. Parking at the foot of the house in the dead end lane. Recommended.

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Nathalie’s property. There was plenty of space for myself, wife and two kids - who really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very handy having shopping centres close to the property so we could utilise the beautiful kitchen. Required to properly enjoy all the beautiful local and imported (French) food and wine! Being able to hire a car (a must for New Caledonia in our opinion) and park it securely in the property was a big plus. The location of the place was more central than you think in Noumea and everything you needed (beaches, restaurants, shopping) was only a short drive away. The promenade path along the lagoon is great for a run or a walk at sunset and is right in front of your stay. Nathalie advised us (in good English!) about some nice things to do on the island and how to look after the cat ITunes. Definitely recommended!

I stayed 3 nights with my little family. Apartment in a very good location and clean apartment. Natacha is very responsive. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time at Cathy's place. it has an amazing location close to an amazing beach. It also has great transport connections to other parts of Noumea. Cosy place and clean too. Would definitely recommend.

Very well located apartment allowing you to enjoy the beach and nearby restaurants!

We had a great time at Marie's apartment. This is ideally located, close to shops, restaurants, Anse Vata beach, quiet, in a residence with swimming pool, very well maintained. The two terraces allow you to eat outside and enjoy the sun in the armchairs. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent apartment in a good location, clean, with all the necessities. Next to Anse vata restaurants and shops. The person is very available and responsive. I would highly recommend it
