Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Notre Dame, Paris

Had such a great stay at Laurent’s! The location was incredible and the studio was just what we needed for our few days in Paris. It was such a quick walk to the Louvre and minutes away from several Metro stations with connections to everywhere in Paris (including the RER B CDG station). The instructions that were given to us for check in were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this studio to others.

The perfect location and the perfect host. Sitting drinking wine on the balcony whilst watching the world go by was a great highlight, recommended!

Die Wohnung war zwar klein aber die Lage für dafür top! Auch die Treppen in den 7. Stock haben wir nicht als so schlimm empfunden und sind definitiv machbar gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man ist aber schnell an der Metro und hat genug Restaurants & Supermärkte in der Nähe. Also für einen kurzen Städtetrip kann man die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

We had such a lovely stay at Heloise's apartment. Not only was Heloise so sweet, she also accommodated us on very short notice. We can't thank her enough for being so kind, considerate, and going above and beyond for us. We felt right at home in the space, everything was exactly as pictured, and the rooftop views were fabulous. The entire space is clean, bight, and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for calm and quite during the night, but the flat is also situated perfectly in relation to other areas of Paris. It's boarders Le Marias and is right by the 11th which gives a very local vibe. The apartment is one of our very favorite airbnbs we have stayed at and we would not hesitate to book the space on another trip to Paris. Thank you again Heloise for making our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our time in your beautiful space.

Ubytování bychom všem velmi doporučili. Byt je sice malý, ale nabízí vše, co k několikadennímu pobytu v Paříži potřebujete (včetně základních potravin nebo hygienických potřeb). Zároveň se nám líbilo umístění bytu nedaleko Montmartru, odkud lze asi za 45 minut dojít do centra města. Hostitelka byla vždy milá a rychle odpovídala na zprávy.

Olivier’s apartment was perfect for us (1 adult and 13 year old). It’s in a great central location and we walked everywhere. The apartment is spacious with very comfortable beds and a fabulous terrace. Olivier was a kind host who communicated clearly and quickly. Thoroughly recommend staying at Olivier’s place.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, das Wetter hat auch super mitgespielt! Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Aussicht super! Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Einkehrmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Julien war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

I enjoyed my time at Olivier’s place immensely. The apartment is just as pictured and a really lovely home base for your next Paris adventure. Olivier was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The apartment itself is well equipped and appointed. It was one of the cleanest AirBnB’s I’ve ever experienced. The stairs are very ‘European’ meaning you’ll have a a good work-out but you get used to them very quickly. I highly recommend Olivier’s apartment to anyone visiting Paris and hope to be back myself, sometime soon!

Logement loué pour 4 jours/3 nuits pour 4 personnes pour un événement professionnel Porte de Versailles. Logement conforme aux photos. Les 3 chambres individuelles sont un plus entre collègues. Logement situé en demi sous-sol, donc il faisait frais dedans même avec 34 degrés dehors dans la journée. Terrasse agréable, et rue calme. Yohan et son équipe ont été très accueillants ainsi que réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous relouerons certainement ce logement pour un prochain salon s’il est disponible !

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Superbe séjour chez Éric. Le logement était parfait pour ce petit weekend en famille avec un jardin pour les enfants et une terrasse parfaite pour se détendre après les journées éreintantes de visites à Paris. compter entre 10 et 15 minutes à pieds pour rejoindre le métro. Très pratique. et Eric est vraiment sympathique. Merci beaucoup.

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Touria est une vraie « mère poule » pour ses hôtes. Elle est très accueillante, bienveillante et a toujours de bons conseils.

Estuvo excelente, es muy tranquila la zona, vecinos silenciosos. Al principio el edificio te da la impresión de abandonado pero dentro del departamento cambia todo. El departamento cuenta con las amenidades necesarias para la estancia. Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices. Linda nos recomendó un app del metro que fue súper útil, siempre llegamos al departamento excelente.

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Süße und sehr schöne Wohnung. Alles war sauber und der Prozess des Check-in und Check-out hat super geklappt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie waren bei Fragen rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar und haben sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch bei einem kleinen technischen Problem waren sie innerhalb von 20 Minuten da und haben sich darum gekümmert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en área multicultural, restaurantes de comidas internacionales.El apto. encuentra muy cerca de terminales del metro, lo que hace muy fácil trasladarse por la ciudad . Vicent es extremadamente cordial y nos estaba esperando para darnos la bienvenida y ayudarnos con las maletas . También debo mencionar que el apto está completamente. The room was just as cozy and charming as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, yet very convenient with a bus stop and metro station nearby. There’s also a delicious bakery close by! Most importantly, the host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly, and kindly accommodated our arrival time, which made our trip to Paris a truly pleasant experience.

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.
