The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

Logement propre et fonctionnel, simple et efficace. Elisabeth est très réactive et m’a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Le lit est très confortable et sent bon la lessive. Une nuit comme à l’hôtel ! Rien à redire Parfait Merci encore

Je remercie sincèrement Alexandra et Loïc pour leur accueil bienveillant et chaleureux. Tout était parfait. Ce logement est un cocon, on s'y sent vraiment très bien. Il y a même une terrasse qui permet de s'aérer. Je recommande chaudement!

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

J'ai vraiment aimé l'appartement. Mickael a rapidement résolu tous les problèmes que je lui ai signalés. Une excellente option pour un ou deux voyageurs.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Une agréable parenthèse ressourçante proche de Paris. Hébergement propre et bien agencé, on s’y sent bien. L’accueil et la disponibilité de l’hôte est un véritable plus, sans parler de la compagnie Kili !

Maison bien adaptée à des groupes car beaucoup de chambres , ce qui est agréable. Le quartier est calme et il y a quelques commerces à proximité ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Olivier

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement était conforme à la description et très propre. L'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Je recommande vivement cette location pour son excellent rapport qualité-prix. N'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçu.

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Sehr netter Kontakt und eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Gegend. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön.

Hote très sympathique, les services proposés sont tres satisfaisant, le logement est certes petit mais fonctionneel et nous a convenu parfaitement pour la nuit que nous y avons passé, environnement calme

Madeleine ,a été très claire sur l 'acces a l 'appartement. L 'emplacement mérite un 5 étoiles face au parc des buttes charmante, belle lumière et très tranquille . l appartement est très confortable avec tout ce qu î faut pour passer un bon séjour. La déco nous fait voyager dans un univers personnel ,avec de très bonnes vibrations... j ai beaucoup aimé le disque vinyl des chants de la libération du Vietnam... Merci Madeleine et a bientôt.

We loved the property & area. Having the metro, a boulangerie & a lovely market close by was the best! The apartment itself was lovely. I loved the decor & i felt right at home & it had everything we needed. If we come back to Paris we will definitely come back here!!!

Beautiful space, with extra high ceilings and a chic but easy-to-relax in space with massive windows overlooking a courtyard on both floors. Awesome neighborhood, with tons to do within walking distance but it’s a courtyard apt so absolutely zero street noise. Blackout shades in bedroom. Very organized and well thought out design scheme. Steep stairs to bottom floor but love that bedroom is nestled and private downstairs. Walk to everything in the Marais. Meer steps from Pompidou Center. Host lovely and responsive and easy going in best way allowing for slightly later check out. Hidden gem.

We enjoyed a wonderful 9 nights in Jean—Paul’s little apartment. Jean-Paul met us personally and gave us lots of tips and tricks which was so helpful. It’s always great to meet your host! Having an outdoor area was such a bonus too. Easy to walk or catch the metro. Wifi was excellent and a Sonos speaker meant you could play music which is really appreciated. Thank you Jean-Paul for a great stay.

We loved Martin’s apartment. It was very comfortable and perfect for a couple. The location was excellent with lots to do locally and close to the centre of Paris. We left on the fast train to Lyon, a 15 min walk from the doorstep. Martin was a great host, always accessible with great local knowledge.

Le logement, bien que petit, est très fonctionnel et tout aussi charmant. il est également très bien positionné dans paris et Thomas est très réactif pour répondre aux questions.

Really enjoyed staying at Leila's place, and would absolutely stay again! Excellent location, right in the heart of the action, but also a very quiet and comfortable place to sleep. Beautiful apartment with all of the amenities that are needed. We were in Paris on very hot days, but the apartment was nice a breezy and comfortable. There's no elevator up to the fifth floor apartment, which is a bit a challenge with suitcases, but such is the case with many of the old buildings around Paris. Worth the effort! Hope to be back again in the future!
