Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Notre Dame, Paris

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Bardzo spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, kilka minut od stacji kolejowej RER z której w góra 30 minut dojedziemy do centrum Paryża. Jest też ogród i Frédéric. Bardzo sympatyczny, z sercem na dłoni jak to się mówi w Polsce. Wspaniały człowiek i znakomity malarz. Może będziesz miał okazję poznać jego przyjaciela Slyde'a który jest równie wspaniałym, wesołym i miłym człowiekiem. Polecam to Airbnb.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

One of the most beautiful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at! So calming, cool and stylish. And big! Everything is there, yet the space is so zen and quiet. Great pizza just a few steps away, a comfy bed and lovely couch to chill out on. In a very cute area of Paris with a street with lots of nice restaurants and a good deli. We will be back!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Great host, easy and accurate instructions to follow

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property. During my time at his place, the weather was very hot, Laurent’s first thought was to ask if I would like a fan to which a graciously accepted. He and his family are very warm and friendly people and would recommend anyone to stay here whilst visiting Paris.

We had the best stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The location was excellent and we absolutely loved the balcony. Highly suggest for anyone staying in Paris

Me and my friend spent a long weekend at Thomas’s flat and it felt like being home as the place has a really cozy vibe. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere and there are many restaurants and good bakeries nearby. Definitely recommend it! ☺️

We had an uncommonly wonderful stay at Isabella’s place. It is situated in the heart of Paris, connected to everything yet isolated too —- allowing for us to have easy access to the thrills of Paris from a peaceful oasis in its heart. And Isabella is Paris as a person, a wonderful host. We thank you for everything!

Berit’s place was perfect for our first trip to Paris with three travelers. The location is walkable to most popular destinations and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything was great and I’d definitely recommend it…I’d stay there again and again!

Definitivamente es un lugar que vale mucho la pena quedarse, aunque puede parecer pequeño, la organización de las cosas lo hacen verdaderamente y la cantidad de cosas que puede encontrar en el alojamiento, me encantó!!! Definitivamente volvería!!!

Isabelle and Herve are competent, kind, experienced hosts. Communication was excellent. Isabelle met us with a lovely warm welcome and we immediately felt right at home. The apartment is lovely and has everything to live there for nine years let alone our nine days. My wife particularly loved the balcony for people watching from early morning to late at night and I loved the big family table eating breakfast, lunch or dinner when we weren't eating out, and looking out through the large open french windows onto Paris and listening to the sounds of the City. The metro and bus stops are literally outside the front door and the RER station is just a short walk away. We bought a weekly Navigo pass and used it extensively. Maison Isabelle croissants are the best and the wine shop next door is excellent, and we went further up the Rue Monge for our daily bread, pastries, cheese and meat and supermarket. We would absolutely love to return to this wonderful home. Thank you Isabelle and Herve.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. The apartment was perfect. It was close to a metro line, which we discovered a few days in but was well worth the overall savings costs. Martine was very responsive. It got really cold and she brought over a space heater that heats the entire apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and if it's just the 2 of us, we'd love to stay there again.

Laurence was a wonderful host. She was flexible with our check in time, was always nearby for questions or assistance and was very warm and friendly. The apartment is in a prime location, perfect spot to pop out and start your day, with many great restaurants, bakery, gelato, and shopping right outside the door. Even with the central location, the home was quiet and peaceful. The place has a very “lived in” feel, with many personal items spread throughout, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the space.
