It's a really clean accommodation without a speck of dust! The host is really kind and responds quickly, and I asked to use the washing machine, but I was really grateful that you were so willing to do it! I had a good rest! I want to visit again next time ~!!!!!

The place is like a real place where people live. Still, Hwangnidan-gil and Daereungwon were within walking distance, so it was convenient. The refrigerator was also large and cleanly maintained, and I was surprised by the paper foil on the f. The room with the bed is really full of beds, but it's cozy and nice. The bedding is clean, the blankets are fluffy... However, there is something a little small in the pillow size. They gave me a lot of towels. (Hotel towel line) Toothbrush are disposable 2 dryers, iron, makeup mirror.... There are really some kind of salon.. The floor was clean, the bathroom was clean... I was satisfied. I'll come again the next time I come. It was nice to have almost no problem with parking. ^ ^

There was a cabinet, so it was nice to stop by before check-in to store my luggage and go sightseeing. I recommend it because it is close to both the intercity bus terminal and Hwangnidan-gil. It's a place I want to visit again when I go to Gyeongju next time.

It was close to Hwangnidan-gil, so the location was good, and parking was easy! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful! There was a hair dryer and a curling iron, and there were plenty of towels, so it was nice. I was happy to see the old people too. I'll use it again if I come to Gyeongju next time!

Property located near the main points of interest, everything is within walking distance, it's a real plus. The apartment is very clean and the environment quiet. Florian place is amazing 😻. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has nice touches. It is located near main attractions, including the palace and the observatory. The host is super friendly and nice person. There are many surprises included such as a corner nicely arranged for taking photos and memories. Many supplies are available for beauty care and last minute emergencies. It is a great place to visit in Gyeongju. Thank you Florian and her husband we spent a wonderful time there.

It was the best accommodation among all the accommodations I've stayed in so far! The boss's sense and consideration stood out, and I had a good trip to Gyeongju for 2 nights and 3 days under that warm hospitality.❤️

This place is absolutely beautiful to stay at.

I had fun for 4 days with five coworkers. I really liked the clean accommodation, white blankets, and three rooms. There was a friendly owner, a quiet surroundings, and a washing machine and drying, so it was enough for a long stay. It's about 5 minutes from Hwangnidan-gil, and Gyeongju is a good place to come anytime, so I recommend it.

It was so comfortable that it was so meticulously prepared that I felt like there was nothing missing! I brought my parents, and everyone was satisfied! Highly recommended!!!!!!

We were received super warmly by Joy at the accommodation. She was always available and always kind. The place itself was also great, but still close enough to get to the center on foot. Everything was clean, fully equipped, spacious and also furnished in such a way that it didn't look like a travel accommodation, but like a real apartment, so you felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would fully recommend the place.

The exterior is an old and shabby apartment, but the interior is remodeled and tidy. There were a lot of parking spaces, so it was easy to park, and it was nice to have Next time I go on a trip to Gyeongju, I'm going to visit again.

The location was a little ambiguous, but I had a satisfactory trip, such as a clean accommodation and clean bedding.

I thought it was a sea view, but it's a sea view from the view rather than in the foreground! (I wish there was a photo taken from the front in the photo◡.) Still, if you sit on the sofa or bed, the price wasn't bad because of the sea view. The interior of the accommodation is especially pretty, so I want to cook and eat. I think it would be good to come to the accommodation and watch several movies while playing in Hwangnidan-gil, Gyeongju. Netflix and Disney are available. I intend to revisit again next time

I really recommend this place for families with babies (especially over 2 years old). There was a separate playroom full of baby toys, so parents were able to relax. It was a new apartment, so it was very tidy overall, and all the doors were equipped with hand prevention devices, so it was safe. There was no unnecessary clutter, so I could stay without worrying about my baby dropping things or getting hurt. The house was spacious and cleanly maintained, and there was a washer and dryer, which was very useful for long-term stays and baby laundry. This is a great place to stay that I would like to visit again.

I parked 3 cars very leisurely and entered after parking. As soon as I opened the front door and entered, I was amazed. ~ ~ The living room room and kitchen welcomed us with cute props flowers and dozens of keyring accessories. ~ There was so much to see, so the snow was so much fun during our stay. ^ --- ^ It was much better than the photos. ~ The view of the sea port from the front veran was also open. ~ The kitchen was equipped with tableware, spoons, pot, and clean wrap disposable plastic gloves, and the bathroom was meticulously equipped with cleaning supplies. ~ The children had fun playing with the retro game machine. ~ I also received Crocs Gebeats as a celebration of my stay. I had a good stay. My 98-year-old mother, sister in her 70s, and I were all satisfied. The clean, beautiful environment, carefully prepared beach water, and quick and friendly responses were all really nice. However, my personal opinion is that even if you bring an individual, the toothbrush will be 120% if you provide toothpaste (we prepared toothpaste and there was no inconvenience, but I'm telling you to refer to it from the customer's perspective ^ ^) Thank you again, and I wish you all the best in your business ~ ~

It was a recently renovated apartment with a white tone, so it was clean and the best value. There is one kitchen in three rooms, and the room close to the kitchen was used as a living room with a sofa, and there was cooking utensils and a stove in the kitchen, so it was possible to cook. There is a separate induction stove, and I was able to bring it to the room and grill meat, etc. It is 25 minutes to Pohang Jukdo Market and 15 minutes to the beach and fish market in Guryongpo, so the location is good and the surroundings are quiet. There was a grocery store inside the apartment complex. I bought ssam, chili peppers, ice cream, etc. The lack of an elevator can be seen as a disadvantage, and I think it would be nice to have two additional fans in the summer. There was a washing machine and porch, so you could do simple laundry. The water was installed on the veranda, so it was nice to be able to wash in the bathroom and porch at the same time without children and adults going out and washing when they went out and washed. I'm visiting as my first guest after remodeling, and I had a hard time with the front door password error, but I trust that the owner solved it well and will get better.
