We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

This was a great find for my family of four and our dog. We enjoyed the sunny balcony and patio in the morning and lots of nice touches, especially the handmade pottery. The house is very handy for the beach, Pleasure wood Hills and our favourite places in Corton and it has the added bonus of free use of the pool and a friendly restaurant/clubhouse where we went for coffee everyday. Great value!

Clare has a lovely home which made our stay in Norwich perfect. Clare was flexible with our check-in times and had lots of recommendations.

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

A really comfortable stay. Well appointed house, bathrooms and kitchen in particular are really nicely done. Quiet residential location. Easy walk into the centre of Norwich, to the shops and bars on Unthank Road and to the Park Run. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage has so much character, it has been updated well and kept its charm. Even more of a recommendation would be the location, minutes by foot and you are right in the swing of everything. the parking is a definite bonus and Justin and Jay Jay were quick to respond to any queries. A beautiful place to stay in a stunning city.

I love this little hideaway. It's super peaceful, spacious and comfortable in a great location for exploring Norwich and the surrounding countryside. Sara is a lovely host and this is always a place I look forward to visiting.

Great location for a family event in Norwich. This place had absolutely everything we needed and was a short walk from town. The place was spotless and organised, Juliette was friendly and helpful, would 100% recommend staying here!

I found Lulu to be super helpful and responsive particularly as I booked this place for my mum to stay for a couple of nights. This is what she had to say about Lumin lodge: "The lodge was small but perfectly formed, and had a really lovely atmosphere. The little garden was an added bonus. It would have been great to have had a small fridge, as I was there for 2 nights, but I came prepared with a well-iced cooler for my milk, juice etc and that worked perfectly well. The parking space was perfect. I loved being able to walk just down the road and into Catton Park - that was a joy."

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. So welcoming. Everything was to a very high standard and we didn't want to leave. It's a perfect mix of cosy country cottage but close to all the amenities and the city centre. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend. We had a lovely stay here,everything we needed was walkable.lovely house,very presentable and comfortable.Felt very homely the kids loved it especially the size of the garden. my boy especially loved the little bedroom lol,hosts were really friendly/kind and ready to answer any message I sent.Kids loved the ‘snack’ tray that was left,I was impressed at the toiletries in the bathroom.we will definitely be staying here again,thank you

Could not recommend this beautiful house more. Everything was perfect and well thought out, with lots of extra pieces to make you feel at home. The whole house is stunning. Paul was extremely responsive, going above and beyond to assist us in our stay with the BBQ, patio heater and late check out being stand outs. Garden House is a very cosy little place surrounded by beautiful gardens. Although it is on a busy road minutes from Norwich city centre it is peaceful and tranquil. The house has everything you need for a short break and is very comfortable. The parking is an added bonus and rare to find in this area.

We loved our visit to the cottage. Everything about it was beautiful and you could see a lot of thought had gone into the furnishings and items around the house. To our taste 😄 Matt was extremely helpful and offered early and late check out as it was possible during our visit
