Cabin holiday rentals in Northfield

Debbie was very communicative before and during our stay. The property has plenty of yard room for outdoor activities and we loved that we didn’t feel stacked up against a bunch of other houses. The driveway can accommodate a group of cars and we loved the reclining couch in the basement. I’d highly recommend this property.

Tibi was the most incredible host for our Bachelorette party in Lake Geneva! The house was beyond beautiful and exactly as Tibi had described. We reached out to Tibi a few times before our official trip and always received a response within the hour - when we told Tibi we were going to do a wine tasting one night at the cabin she shipped in new wine glasses for us to ensure we had enough! As we are local to Chicago we will be keeping Tibi's Cabin in mind for any future trips as it was the perfect distance for a quick get away from the city!

My group had the best time at Owl's Rest! The cabin is surrounded by beautiful woods and relaxing peace. We sat at watched birds and all kinds of animals on the deck most of the day and sat by the fire at night. The hot tube was so perfect and relaxing. One night we walked down to the bar and had a fantastic meal and fun environment. Everything about this cabin was clean and well appointed. It was so hard to leave. You can't go wrong with this cabin if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing time. Lyle is very helpful and communicative. Literally the most perfect weekend in every respect. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about this peaceful and beautiful getaway. The home is gorgeous and the property is meticulously maintained. Deer visit several times a day and it is also a bird lovers dream! The hosts are so kind and responsive. I have had the absolute pleasure of staying here several times and it never disappoints.

This place was amazing and it was just getting ready for the change of seasons so the outside continued to get beautiful each day we were there. We saw deer every day and staff was very responsive. You get everything in the idea of a rustic stay but with modernized touches. Highly recommend seeing it for yourself.

The place was beautiful the architecture was amazing. The place was cozy felt right at home. The indoor fireplace was great and the big screen tv was a plus. Highly recommend. The owner was very nice even let us have a late check out with no extra cost.

My family stayed there for a long weekend. They said it was beautiful, clean and plenty of room for the six adults and one two year old.

Excellent place to stay. Had to check in very late, and it was no issue. Had everything I needed for a quick stop over, and was leagues better than any hotel or motel in a 50 miles radius for the price. Would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely loved this Lake House. My Husband and I had a great getaway. House is spotless and had everything we needed. Loved that Dockers restaurant and the Coffee house was right on the corner and a very short walk. Also loved that we could walk to Downtown Fox Lake and check all the places out. Great how close Lake was to house for lots of fishing. Had a great time and we hope to come back.
