Holiday rentals with a patio in Northern Territory

Loved the comfy bed, the comfy sofa, the sunny balcony with the beautiful sunsets. Never thought I would appreciate such a big TV but I did. It somehow suited the apartment. The location is great. You can see Woolies from the balcony. WiFi is good. Washing machine worked great. Fridge was really cold. Very quiet. No noisy neighbours. A little noise from the street occasionally but then you are in the CBD. Didn’t bother me. The only small negative is that the water in the shower could have stayed hotter for longer. OK if you like a quick shower. These are the things that are important to me. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the 1 bedroom apartment it has awesome views .it has everything u need .just remember the lock box button is a slide down i thought it was a push button lol .its so close to park and lift and room 5star .be carefull carpark is close parking hire small car cheers . Very happy

I had a peaceful stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The area is quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay again.

Was up for work for a week and a few days holidays tagged on the end. A great place to stay, felt safe, secure. Berta was great with communication. Greeted with a few snacks in the room on arrival, free secure parking, balcony with water views as per the pics, free internet and netflix , washing machine with laundry detergent. Everything was comfortable in the unit and it was easy walk to the supermarket, many cafes, restaurants, bars. Pool was nice. Sure, if you are really fussy you can find issues with anything, but I will be checking availability next time I am heading to Darwin as I thought the place was great.

Fantastic place. Really great location and yet really quiet. Also brilliantly stocked - one of those places where they provide a bottle of washing detergent and laundry powder rather than ‘rationing it’. Lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Erin's place was in the heart of the city and walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The apartment had a lovely view of the harbour and came with access to a car park, pool and gym. Clean and well kept, this was a great place to stay and base ourselves out of in Darwin

We had a wonderful 10 day stay. The room was centrally located and it was great to have parking onsite included. Having a kitchenette meant we could prep simple meals if we didn’t feel like eating out. The washer/dryer were convenient for our longer stay.

The Summer Guesthouse in Darwin was everything we were hoping for from our three-night stay between Kakadu and the Kimberley. The location was really convenient, very close to the major Casuarina shopping centre and an easy 15-20 minute drive to the major attractions of Mindil Beach and the Waterfront area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and extras like Netflix, beautiful swimming pool, and a tranquil Bali-resort style undercover upstairs deck. Eva is a gracious host - welcoming and easily contactable but equally respectful of guests privacy too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and finished our stay having recharged, relaxed and restocked ready for the next leg of our big NT adventure!

Lovely home in a great location as described. Very clean and well maintained. Great having the pool. Would definitely recommend staying.

Beata was such a wonderful host. She was so lovely and very easy to talk to and super quick with responding. Her house was absolutely stunning in a peaceful location. The kids LOVED the pool and the nice big bath. 3 bathrooms for a bigger group staying made it so easy for everyone. We highly recommend Beata's place. Our family stayed here while we had a baby then we continued our stay while our baby was in the nicu. Jeremy and Daniel were so easy to communicate with and happy to accommodate us when we had to make some changes to our original booking. The house was in a great spot, easy drive to the hospital and then right in the middle of things when we needed to stay home and have a break with our 2 year old. Great cafes in walking distance and then the jetty and the sunset playground was super close and fun for our daughter. She loved adventuring along the rocks at Nightcliff it’s such a good location. She also loved the toys & books that were at the house in the lounge room, definitely helped to keep her entertained for a few days!

We were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to others. Clean, comfortable, it has all the appliances needed, in a good location, peaceful and quiet. Very satisfied with the experience.

Great place with access to everything you need within walking distance

Alisa is a great host just getting, starting on her Darwin Airbnb journey. It was lovely meeting her on check in. It’s a spacious and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. Great location! Would stay again and recommend others.

We are a family of 4 with two teenage boys and loved the apartment. Location is perfect to walk to Darwin City, Mindil Beach and Casino, Cullen Bay. The views are amazing, sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The space is great with plenty of room for everyone. Having the comforts of home when on holidays was great.

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The house and location were just perfect for a Darwin weekend: the only downside is you only get one key so if the group splits up it can be tricky and they mention blow up beds in the description but we couldn’t find them anywhere. Still we made the most of the beautiful space!

Cassandra's place was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. It was spacious and had everything with needed. Cassandra was also very helpful and responded right away if we had questions. She gave really clear instructions on how to get in which is so important when you're travelling. You just want it to be easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to all the restaurants and downtown area.

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.
