Holiday rentals with a patio in Northeastern United States

Excellent emplacement dans la ville basse pour ceux qui ont 1 véhicule. La place de parking est 1 vrai plus. Dans 1 immeuble moderne, l’appartement ne donne pas sur l’avenue Charrest et donc est relativement calme et permet d’ouvrir la baie vitrée qui donne sur le balcon sans crainte du bruit de la circulation (très dense sur cet axe). Très clair, bien équipé avec des produits d’entretien à disposition, joli mobilier, literie confortable (même si, de mon point de vue, les draps sont un peu petits pour la taille du lit…), belle salle de bains avec grande douche à l’italienne. 1 belle pièce à l’entrée pour laisser valises, manteaux, chaussures… extrêmement pratique. Beaucoup de commerces (dont 1 excellente boulangerie à quelques pas et 1 épicerie), restaurants, bars à proximité. Malgré la présence de nombreux SDF et/ou drogués nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité. Les hôtes sont réactifs et répondent rapidement aux interrogations. Entrée et sortie dans les lieux simples.

Loved staying here! The place was super clean and the views of downtown were amazing. It’s in a great spot — I could walk to pretty much everything I needed. We had a fantastic stay at this place! The house was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom that made everything super convenient. Thiago was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We especially loved the jacuzzi area and the large, comfy couch in the living room. The entire place offered great privacy. Would definitely recommend it!

Great hiking base, just short walk to trails. So convenient to main st, supermarket, restaurants etc but is a bit noisy due to the convenient location it’s a trade off- no driving required though which was great for us. Loved sauna and grill outside esp after long hike!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Denise's Place. Check in was simple and she gave us easy to follow alternative direction to her place. It is an oasis on top of a hill! Her lovely home is situated on a beautifully maintained piece of property that is serene and welcoming. The inside is immaculate and inviting and we were even pleasantly surprised with a local homemade treat along with a lovely personal note. We truly felt welcomed and I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

A unique architectural home built 1955 that’s set on 2 plus acres surrounded by mature hardwoods. Set in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of interesting Art and Literature available to enjoy.I had wanted to stay on several visits but this location wasn’t available. I lucked out for 3 nights and so glad I had the opportunity to. I will definitely book again. Gloria was a responsive host. Instructions were clear and detailed. Lots of closet space in the 3 bedrooms and plenty space, multiple sitting areas. Thank you Gloria.

It seems too good to be true, right? The price was amazing and the house blew me away even more. Definitely was a treat staying here , this is a MUST if you’re staying in Kingston. Absolutely beautiful home and every room gives you a different sense of tranquility. Private, and peaceful. I got this Airbnb for a weekend that was meant to explore Kingston, this place was so nice, I felt guilty about leaving the home to go out and explore😂 will 100% be coming back here.

Monika's home was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The design, style, and quality is something unparalleled in other airbnbs, it has a cohesive, elevated design throughout the entire home. It has everything you could possible need and is so thoughtful in every way. The backyard is huge and is perfect for a family to spend time together. We went on a great hike to a waterfall (which is within walking distance). Location is amazing as it's a close drive to Minnewaska. The location in Kerhonkson is in a nice secluded area. If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in the area this is it!

This was a short stay but we absolutely adored it. Having small things like extra amenities, leaving the farm fresh eggs for us, the succulent gift--it made me feel like I should have extended my stay if I had the time. I absolutely would love to re-book. We live in PA and this was such a short and scenic drive, and kept our dog safe and occupied. Highly recommended for families or couples!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. We highly recommend visiting this charming home. Callie is an exceptional host—responsive and welcoming. We had originally planned to eat out, but the house was so cozy and inviting that we ended up cooking and dining in for our entire stay. Even though it rained a lot, the comfort of the home made it easy to settle in, share meals, and enjoy meaningful conversations and plenty of laughter with friends. Being greeted by deer throughout our stay added a magical touch. This is truly a place to create unforgettable memories!

Jasmine & Scott’s place was even more beautiful than the photos! A truly unique spot that was super clean in a great location. The attention to detail in decor and Jasmine’s friendliness and responsiveness made us feel right at home. We had some issues with the projector when we arrived and Jasmine came right over and fixed it for us while we were out for dinner (at one of Jasmine’s amazing recommendations!). We couldn’t have asked for a better trip :)

This is now the third time that we have stayed at this place in Cornwall and it didn't disappoint. The place has everything you need, and more. Thoughtful touches around the space, (makeup remover, bandaids, laundry facilities, coffee and hot chocolate, basic condiments) make you feel right at home.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful place, beautiful environment! Michelle was so helpful & easy to communicate too! Even though it was unfortunate the pool / hot tub wasn’t opened in time, it was still a great stay! Will definitely be coming back time & time again!
