Gorgeous spa like bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled glass shower with pot lights & over sized ceiling rain showerhead. 2 fully furnished bedrooms each with a Samsung Smart TV; one with a Queen sized bed and master bedroom with a King sized bed. 3rd bedroom is furnished as an office with iMac computer, wireless printer and loveseat for relaxing. Open concept living space with fully furnished living room including 55” Samsung Smart TV, dining room open to kitchen with seating for 6 plus kitchen island seating for 2. All TV’s have Netflix & HBO. This unit is on the 2nd floor in a 2-family home with front door access leading you to the 2nd floor. You’ll have access to the entire 2nd floor of the unit, rear covered porch and spacious 2nd floor porch. The backyard space is shared with the main floor unit. I will be available via text message or email at anytime throughout your stay to answer questions and provide recommendations. The house is on the West Side, walking distance to the trendy restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes of Allentown and Elmwood Village. It's close to downtown, Key Bank Centre (Sabres), Sahlen Field (Bisons), Canalside, and the Peace Bridge to Canada. Our home is walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and craft cocktail bars. Uber/Lyft is also readily accessible and most convenient plus public transportation throughout the city. There is lots of street parking available on Pennsylvania, Fargo & West. The kitchen is fully loaded with all the necessary serving & cooking amenities. The bathroom is loaded with clean towels & toiletries. We're a 2 minute walk to popular hotspot Tipico Coffee shop with WiFi, 7 minute walk to Allen St; loaded with trendy restaurants and craft cocktail bars, 10 minute Uber to Key Bank Centre (716 & Buffalo Sabres), 5 minute drive to the Peace Bridge to Canada, 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls and a 45 minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the heart of Canada's wine country.

Climb stairs at night to a quiet and romantic bedroom loft. Guests have private access to the top 2 floors of the house. The 2nd floor welcomes you with a brand new kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, living room with queen size sofa bed, bathroom and dining room. Enjoy your breakfast (or a glass of wine) on the balcony in the summer. Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Private Woodstock Getaway w Hot Tub

Relax in this cozy retreat on a private road. Snuggle up by the fire, play some records, relax on the sunny deck, or jump in the hot tub. Cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen or grill on the deck and enjoy your meal in the screened in porch. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and quality linens, as do the other two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with 2 twins beds. Relax downstairs in the family room, watch a movie, or cozy up by the wood burning stove. Short drive to the town of Woodstock ! Close to skiing, hiking & swim holes! $50 extra for dogs. No cats. Use hot tub at your own risk. The whole home is yours except the garage remains closed. Always available if any issues arise, but not on the property. The house is set back on a private road. It's a genuine retreat, but still only a short drive from the shops and restaurants of Woodstock and Saugerties. Local hikes abound, and venture a little further to find swimming holes and skiing. If you have a small child, I suggest bringing a gate as there are stairs to the basement.

Welcome to the Toronto Beach. We are right next to the lake and have a HEATED private pool and spa that are both open year round. Explore local shops on the high street and swim, kayak (provided), volleyball, basketball and tennis courts right beside us. In winter, an outdoor ice rink (skates provided), cross-country ski trails, and lots of walking to be had. We decorate for the holidays, and the house has a real wood burning fireplace. **note quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00AM
